Singing beautiful music in a magical city with the most amazing people… what more could you want?!

I had the most incredible experience this year as a participant in the Vienna Opera Academy @viennaoperaacademy, with the opportunity to perform both Carmen and Mercédès in Bizet’s Carmen!

Huge thanks to VOA’s founder and director, Jesús León, Jeremy Cooke, music director Dominic Wheeler, and stage director Juliana Berezhnaya for the guidance and inspiration.

To the entire Carmen cast—my chicken Carmesans—I love you silly gooses so much. I hope we get to make music together again soon!

And the cherry on top? Getting to watch one of my favorite people, Javi Castro, perform in Prague Summer Night’s Le Nozze di Figaro right here in Vienna—the same program I was lucky to be part of last year! by @clairetole

Hansel ❤️

This character was such a challenge, but so incredibly rewarding—I hope I get to play him many more times in the future!

@belmontoperatheatre , y’all are my favorite people, and I’m so proud of the show we put on.

What a month!

March was filled with incredible music—my senior recital with the amazing @alevolpita on piano, a fantastic masterclass with Deborah Birnbaum at Belmont, and the incredible opportunity to sing Mahler with the phenomenal Belmont Orchestra. Feeling so grateful for these experiences!

Up next: I’ll be playing Hansel in Hansel and Gretel on April 3rd & 5th at the Troutt Theatre with @belmontoperatheatre —can’t wait! 🎉🎉 by @clairetole

It’s always a party with @belmontoperatheatre 🎉🥳

I got to portray the Fox from Rachel Portman’s “The Little Prince” and Gertrude from Gounod’s “Roméo et Juliette” in this fabulous scenes production!

I have the utmost appreciation for @savannasoprano Rebekah Alexander, @dkrenz_music and @laurabenavides_collabpiano for their wisdom and dedication to this program!
