Another HYROX in the books—and this time in Mexico City during Día de los Muertos! 🇲🇽✨ Crossing off a major bucket list item, running my first mixed doubles (and taking on those men’s weights!), even if the training wasn’t quite where I wanted it to be. 🫠

Really just feeling truly grateful. To experience this incredible city during such a sacred time of year is unforgettable. The heart of the race was all about honoring those who’ve shaped our lives. Being able to blend fitness, culture, connection, and deep reflection- and sharing it with the people I love- is something I’ll hold onto forever.🙏

So proud of my partner, @cmingacci419 , for pushing through with me, and he slayed!!! Also blessed to have my niece @alyssacollinss, right here sharing these moments with us. 🤍

Shoutout to her for capturing the race and putting together this great reel! 😘 🎥👇 by @clamarca16

Brr! It’s cold in here! They must need some Zumba in the atmosphere! 📣💃 Sweating through our Bring It On era in full cheer style. We brought all the heat and all the spirit! 💥✨Nothing like collaborating with your colleagues who become fun staples in your life. 🫶🏻

Hyrox number ✌🏽 officially in the books- this time in women's solo with @amazfit.us for Mental Health! 💃

Coming off the heels of summer, I went in not feeling as prepared physically as I was in June, but what I did (and DO) feel is the pride in how much I have progressed in mindset. This was a challenge I chose to take on, a commitment to myself, which turned into a reinforcement of my values, choices, and my approach to life itself; a reminder that I can do hard things. For me this go meant taking away the pressure of going in without fully training and without the pressure of time; it was simply, I'm going to GET THIS DONE and more importantly HAVE FUN while doing it Plus another bonus this time: while raising funds for mental health support programs! 💚

So, that's what I did! 😊 🙌

Each Hyrox race brings a way for me to think about how I can challenge myself in a new way, level, and also have the most fun... and when you can combine fitness, travel, connection... I mean, it doesn't get any better! 🏋️🏃‍♂️🫶🤝🌎

Next up: Hyrox 🇲🇽and Dia de Los Muertos💀🌺 Who wants to come play? 😉

Grenada 🇬🇩 by @clamarca16

Just off the heels of beautiful Grenada and back to my regularly scheduled workouts (before the next adventure 😉). Here's my go to routine when I'm away that keeps me motivated and moving. Maybe it will help someone prep for activity on their next vacation.

👀 scope out the resort for paths; steep hills = inclines and new ways to challenge myself

🗺️ Locate the gym, check out the equipment- make a plan (don't want to lose beach time overthinking and guessing)

🏝️ The beach becomes my track 🏃‍♀️

🚤 Docks become ideal for outdoor workouts

I always begin on the beach because Mother Nature provides THE BEST backdrop and motivation, finish up at the gym, and then enjoy a fresh egg white veggie omelette for breakfast with a mimosa because hey, it's vacation! 🥂

I have come to realize, it's NOT about a balance or "permission" to indulge (I workout so I can...), it's about wellness and longevity being ingrained so much in your values that it becomes part of your daily routine.

A younger me would use vacation as an excuse to NOT be active. Present day Christine is grateful to have the ability to move, and the opportunity to connect with nature and myself.

👉 Find fun in the movement, the setting, and the company and whether it's 10 minutes or 60 minutes of movement, it all counts and contributes feeling good! 😊 👍 🫶 by @clamarca16

LOVING this song right now, and even more so knowing the meaning of this gospel version! Pilé reflects a strong sense of faith, community, and gratitude- blessings stacked up! Feeling so grateful for being a part of several communities that give space to share and receive joy and good energy! Who/what are you surrounding yourself with? 🤔

Taking the time to pause (dance) and reflect on all of the ways we impact each other! ❤️🙏

Also relishing in a moment to just dance in my dinner outfit- one and done IYKYK how I am with these videos ... some of my friends will be so proud (I know I am) 🤣 🤣 🤣

Thank you to @cmingacci419 and @mingsmercilessfitness 🎥 😘

A weekend full of reminders of what truly matters most- the gifts of nature, the ability to move, the love of family, and the joy of being fully present to enjoy every moment!

My niece and nephews are like my children; to have the opportunity to celebrate their milestones and watch them grow into beautifully kind, humble and gracious young adults fills my heart with so much gratitude and pride.

In one of the graduation speeches this weekend, a student spoke about how we are each mosaics of the people who have impacted us and the love that has surrounded us. May we all remember that we have such great ability to touch others in ways we may not have ever imagined and that it does in fact take a village- parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, teachers... to raise good humans! ❤️🙏🫶 by @clamarca16

Coming off the heels of Hyrox and feeling so grateful and validated in so many ways. Three things I'm taking home:
1. I can do hard things and am ready to continue to level up.
2. In my own journey, I can still be a light into others in their wellness journey. Always a leader, always a learner.
3. I have unwavering faith that I am supported in so many ways and I trust my intuition that I'm always being guided in the right direction.
I think putting pen to paper on this one allows me to really own it. Grateful and ready for the next challenge! ❤️🙏

It's the sound of the waves crashing for me- I had to let nature do her thing while I did mine while savoring the beauty and peace of it all! #🌊☀️

Closing out a birthday month filled with so much love, joy, and movement! ❤️

I have been so overwhelmed with the thoughtful messages and acts of love, it's hard for me to find the right words to express the amount of gratitude I am feeling, so I will share one of my favorite pieces of ink, a Sanskrit term, ahimsa.

☮️ Ahimsa translates literally to non violence, but means so much more. It's about nurturing peace within ourselves and extending it outward to all living beings. We are interconnected. 🧬
This past month was a reminder of that: our great ability to impact others.

I am deeply appreciative for the kindness sent my way and am grounded by the reminder that I am able to likewise share all that love and kindness to others. 🙏

Let's keep that ripple effect going!💗🌟 by @clamarca16
