There’s something about rolling out your mat in the middle of the wild that changes everything.On safari, your nervous system automatically resets. No walls. No screens. It’s hard to explain the love I have for AfricaThe wildlifeThe peopleThe energyThe culture All pull me in and help me realize this is what life is really all about. Simplicity, connection, rhythm, movement, love and presence. On this last trip to Kenya, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to help teach embodiment at @enasoit for a yoga and safari retreat. Being able to bring yoga, visualization, and meditation into safari is something beyond special.
