Hi I’m Clara 👋🏼
(not to be confused with Joseph’s wife 😉)

I am a Balanced Body certified reformer instructor

I was thankful to be introduced to Pilates when I needed a low impact, high resistance form of exercise while I was recovering from ACL surgery! ❤️‍🩹 🦵

I couldn’t have been happier when my bestie decided to open a reformer Pilates studio in our hometown 🤸 🧘‍♀️ 👯‍♀️

My teaching style is focused on inclusion. I want every 💫body💫 to be able to do Pilates! I strive for clear cueing & proper body alignment to help build strength, control, & confidence in your body! 💪🏼

&&let’s be honest, I usually throw in a little Clara sass 💁🏼‍♀️

Come and see me next month at @reformpilateslake !

A Sunday funday, even though I thought it was Saturday for the first half of the day.

Pilates, parties, pretty haircuts! 💇‍♀️ 🤸 🍾

Two weeks ago I had the privilege of leading a group of friends in some morning movement. Two years ago this type of thing wasn’t even a blimp on my radar.

So thank you all for showing up! It was our reform community, familiar faces, friends that came to support me, us, & revive.

I am not properly trained in mat…yet. Next weekend I start my mat series through @balanced_body . Watch out, a well rounded woman is a dangerous woman!

It’s been fun getting to know the crew at Vuori in tulalip! Collaborating with a company that supports growth, movement, & women is really inspiring.

Working & partnering with @revive.bowls has been such a full circle moment for me. We started as babies working together at a local pool & now we’ve reconnected through our passions, that just so happen to go hand & hand.

I’m proud of this community. You guys have been with me since the beginning & it’s been amazing getting to learn, grow, & change together. Thank you for letting me practice, make mistakes, put my dry humor out into the world, & make this crazy dream into a reality!

Would have been nice to find my calling & passion a little earlier in life!!

Thankfully the anatomy I’ve studied for years plays a huge part!

Also, I still love nursing, someday maybe I’ll use my masters. Also, I love Pilates & don’t diminish the work it took for me to get here too!
