Ahhhh @muckyweekender that was so much fun 🎪 I got to hang out with all my favourite people when @llllllola000 stepped in on bass for @pwei_official and in a role reversal @tallulahlilysimsavage was with me capturing the “content”😂 Well done Lola you smashed it and PWEI were on fire 🔥 Also what a brilliant festival, the best vibes, really well put together, I’m so into bands creating their own happenings, great work @dubpistol x by @clarebritt

Something mindblowingly special happened today.
I noticed a ‘Who’s that girl?’ post on seditionaries1977’s instagram - evocative photos of a cool punk girl at The Roxy ‘77.
I recognised her immediately. Rebecca, the mum of brilliant producer/artist @oscarscheller (who I managed and is someone I will love forever) pictured at The Roxy in punk’s heyday. Rebecca was part of the first punk scene in London and also Bic Brack in The Regents (along with Oscar’s Dad too -famous for their ‘7 Teen’ hit in ‘79). Their cultural heritage is part of Oscar’s DNA, part of his story to success.
Cut forward to a new era, where I manage @hotwaxbandd and now live in St Leonards. Ashley an archivist of @viviennewestwood also living in St Leonards, styles HotWax for a photo shoot with the legend @pitcher_post a few months back. @tallulahlilysimsavage chooses a specific t-shirt because it feels right...
Incredible.
There are no coincidences.

POP WILL EAT ITSELF presents PWEI.40

🚨Out on Parole
🚨3 Exclusive Happenings
🚨Re-inventing the first 40 years of Pop Will Eat Itself

PWEI.40 sees founder members Graham Crabb and Adam Mole cut loose and revel in 40 years of PWEI Noise Pollution with a new project celebrating four decades of sonic disruption, cultural cut-ups and electronic mayhem.
Rather than revisiting the past, PWEI.40 looks forward—reframing and reimagining the band’s legacy through a series of new works, collaborations and live interventions
The pair head out “on parole” bringing the project to the stage in a stripped-back, high-impact live format, reshaping classic material into a two-man sonic joyride at three very special exclusive happenings:

📍November 26th - London @electrowerkz
📍November 27th - Sheffield @networksheffield 2
📍December 5th – Stourbridge Town Hall

You don't want to miss this....ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

Feeling nostalgic after a day of absolute shit. Taken by @alfiessayers_ on the balcony of our LA pad just before we went to @ejaf @eltonjohn Oscar's party. I wish I was there now, with my faves @hotwaxbandd ordering sushi and watching the skies xxx by @clarebritt

Finally 🥳!!! The best news.

A joyous shouting from the rooftops after a period of enforced musical silence. Since August 2025 @hotwaxbandd have been unable to record or release music, due to music biz clusterfuckery, despite sitting on a treasure trove of new gems. Touring helped keep some sanity whilst machinations played out. No one’s fault, but a tough time for all involved.

I’d personally like to thank our brilliant lawyer James Collins for his navigation and wisdom, and @pruharris for being incredible in the most impossible position.

We couldn’t be happier to be in our new home @transgressivehq New music soon!!! by @clarebritt
