50 days post-op.

Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better. Don’t wish for less problems, wish for more skills. Don’t wish for less challenges, wish for more wisdom. Every setback is just another chance to reveal what you’re made of.

Self-discovery has been rewarding so far. Definitely a learning opportunity to be discipline, patient and build resilience. Every challenge is a reminder to not only stay present and embrace the moment, but also trust that even the toughest times don’t last forever. Determined to push myself to my limit, leave no regrets behind and let God handle the rest ✝️🙌🏻

Grateful for every moment and opportunity that came my way while preparing for February tourneys. Took every chance I had to improve, but sadly, Thailand wasn’t the tournament to test it all out. I will do everything in my power to ensure not only a full recovery, but also a swift and responsible one.

On another note, blessings upon blessings came our way last weekend. From learning more from Coach Windra, Taufiq, Megan, Pablo 🥶, Auto 🚀, Ice 🧊, BBQ 🐔, Rush 👑, Two-Two, Frazier, and the rest of the KL Panthers guys, to witnessing incredible flag football players from all over the world compete. You can’t help but get inspired and fired up to train harder and get back on the field ASAP. A special shoutout to @preciserehab (especially @prwithryan and @prwithping ), Onel, bayi and uni for taking care of us relentlessly throughout the tourney.

Lastly, the interactions and memories I made with everyone last weekend (in person and online) will have a special place in my heart. These moments and the kindness I received are things I will never forget. Those acts of kindness will always stay with me, always stay with me, always stay with me. Significant things are worth repeating three times!

Thank you all for the support we’ve received over the last few days for the Asia/Oceania Flag Football Championships 2023.

Definitely not the result we have hoped for and I am truly, extremely, and heartbrokenly sorry. It’ll haunt me for some time, but I will fully reflect and assess the whole process and performance in each game, each drive, and each play.

About team Japan, they truly are something else 🤯….. Ethics, skills, respect, love, intelligence were all shown as a team (both men and women, not only the players) and reflected beautifully throughout the whole tournament. Huge blessings to have witnessed their games🙏🏻

Congratulations to the glorious Japan women’s team 🏆and Thailand men’s team 🏆. Honourable mention to Australia women’s (runner up), New Zealand men’s (runner up) and Japan men’s (3rd) team.

The standard of flag football in Asia/Oceania has been set and Indonesia will work tremendously hard to reach those standards.

Signed up for @jakartaflagfootball tourney thinking itd just be another team sport event. Hell, I was wrong. Most of us were unfamiliar with each other, but end up being sisters and support system.

‘Smiles before, during and after the game. Do your best, just enjoy and let’s have fun!’ - Midnight Cubs

Respect, determination and hard work; I think those three are consistent to all 13 Cubs’ players and easily became the reason we all bond well and quickly.

To Cubs defense team, thank you thank you thank youuu for always giving your best and guarding our endzone. Our capt ka @rayshasutopo , ka @atikaamp , @taniakaryadi , ka @adistarc , @salmadhiifa , @michelleearuan , and @amiradeswita_ . In my eyes, you all set a high bar on how I want my FF defense team to be.

To offense team, thank you for all the guidance and for trusting me, as a WR and your QB for a game. Capt ci @jesslyntania , ka @itmesilla , @natashasutantyo , @itsmecornel , @atikamsr . It’s mind-blowing to gradually see each other’s capabilities and we could all connect in such a short amount of time.

Last but not least, our coaches @raihanabiyuu and @atemkevin . You thrive not only for the wins, but primarily for our personal developments. You unlocked your players’ pontentials, and gave acknowledgments nevertheless. We players could enjoy and have fun in and outside the court because of you.

I can’t wait to have more Cubs’ games together in the future. Best three weeks spent with you all.

Cubbies, this is just the beginning of our flag football journey. So, chin up and #raiseurcubs 🍻🥂🐻💙🏈
