Carnation Canteen at Clarence and V

On Thursday Audrey @u_o_v_o cooked at Sydney’s @clarenceandv for Broadsheet’s Dine Out festival.

We served some canteen classics and some collaborative dishes. Our favourite was the Feta me Sousami. Chef Stella @cinnamon_roller_ hand rolled beautiful fyllo pastry, and we wrapped it around feta, topped with honey and sesame and served it with some @ramarrofarm radishes.

Thank you Vito and the lovely team for having us. by @clarenceandv
