Simple but spicy 🌶️

It’s so easy to get lost in the insane combos and the perfect 64 count choreo you see online. IMO simple movements, done well, targeting your muscles are just as fun ⚡️

If that sounds like a bit of you, join me on the bike:

Mondays 7:00 & 8:00
&
Thursdays 17:15

Clare spins turns ONE! 1️⃣ 🎂

What a crazy year it’s been… after 6 months training with queen @leahsjones_ 👑 the real fun started when I hit the timetable. Over the past 365 days I think I’ve experienced every emotion possible, incredible highs, some pretty bad (mainly back injury related) lows… a few nerves here and there but most importantly a massive feeling of pride every single time I step on that podium!

I’ve learnt and grown so much. Surrounded by the best team 🩶 Thank you to everyone who has cycled with me this year. I can’t wait to see what we achieve in the next…

Some sexy stats ⬇️

🔒 159 classes taught
🎵 35 playlists made
👯‍♀️ 8 podium RYDEs
💥 2 50/50s w @danbfromryde @katiesport 🐐
🎭 11 themed RYDEs
💦 SO much sweat
❤️‍🔥 even more fun
