Some moments don’t feel real until you say them out loud.

I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ll be taking the TEDxChicago stage this October.

As a kid growing up on the courts of Chicago, I never imagined my journey through sports, hospitality, entrepreneurship, and community would one day lead here. Every win, every setback, every risk, and every lesson has shaped the story I’ll have the privilege of sharing.

For years, I’ve believed one thing with my whole heart:

Women’s sports have never lacked fans. They’ve lacked infrastructure.

Building Level Sporting Club has never been about opening another bar. It’s been about proving that when we invest in women’s sports, communities show up, businesses can thrive, and culture changes.

To stand on a TEDx stage and share that message is something I’ll never take for granted.

Thank you to everyone who has believed in me, challenged me, supported me, and helped turn impossible ideas into reality. This opportunity belongs to all of us who have refused to accept “that’s just the way it’s always been.”

Shoutout to @chicagosky and @nadiaj01 for bringing @wnba All-Star Weekend to Chicago.

Restaurants are packed, hotels are full, and local businesses like @levelsportingclub are feeling the impact. There’s an energy throughout the city that’s hard to describe.

Women’s sports don’t just fill arenas, they fill cities 😮‍💨

The little girl grinding on street courts of Chicago’s could have never imagined this moment.

Early mornings. Long practices. Wins. Losses. Setbacks. Growth.

The grind doesn’t always pay you back right away but when it does, it reminds you why you never stopped.

Thank you, Chicago, for raising me, challenging me, and believing in me long before this moment.
