When a #1 New York Times bestselling author says this about our trainings, we take a breath and let it land.

“The soft, gentle approach allows the deepest healing.” ~ Marci Shimoff

That’s the heart of Clarity Breathwork. For 30 years we’ve found that healing doesn’t need force to go deep. When your nervous system feels safe, it opens. And when it opens, real change happens.

If you’ve been curious, two doors are open right now.

Breathe to Breakthrough is our free live masterclass coming up this month. You’ll learn the science and art of breathwork, why this practice matters so much right now, and you’ll get to feel it for yourself, with a guided Clarity Breathwork journey, sacred sound and a Light Body meditation.

Level 1: Sacred Breath and Embodiment starts October 22 and runs four days live online, 11am to 3pm PT. It’s the same foundation many of today’s most respected facilitators trained in. Right now you save $200, so it’s $395 instead of $595.
Spots in Level 1 fill fast, and we start in just over a week.

Your breath knows the way home.

Come home to yourself.

Save your free seat or join Level 1 through the link in bio.

What if the patterns you keep living were set long before you could choose them?

So much of how we love, protect ourselves, and hold back was shaped early. Some of it goes back to the womb, to birth, to our first breaths in this world.

The beautiful news is that your breath remembers. And your breath knows the way home.

Online Clarity Breathwork Level 1: Sacred Breath and Embodiment is four days of gentle, deep healing with founders Dana and Ashanna. They have guided thousands for over 30 years.

Together we’ll explore:
🌿 Healing early imprints from the womb through birth
🌿 Gently unraveling the core beliefs that keep you small
🌿 Forgiveness practices and inner child healing ceremony
🌿 Reclaiming your personal power and connection to Source

You’ll be held by guided breathwork, sacred music, light body meditation, mantra, movement, and a loving community. You don’t need to force anything. Gentle is powerful.

“I feel that I am now choosing life, rather than life choosing me.” Lisa G.

Five days ago, we asked one simple question.
What is your Soul calling you toward?

And then we listened. Together, with beautiful souls from around the world.

Day 1, we listened.
We quieted the noise and created sacred altars in our homes, giving our calling a place to land.

Day 2, we healed what holds us back.
So many of you met an old belief with compassion and chose a loving turnaround. “My needs don’t matter” became “My needs matter, and I give myself permission to honor them.” We felt that one deeply.

Day 3, we awakened our aliveness.
Movement, sacred music, and breath brought the life force back into the room. Your stories of feeling most alive lit up this whole community.

Day 4, we remembered who we are.
Beneath the old roles and expectations, back to the gifts you came here to share.

And today is our grand finale.

Day 5: Answer the Calling.

Because your calling isn’t just something you hear. It’s something you choose to live.

Missed a day? All five sessions are available through October 17.

Tap the link in bio to join us in our Facebook Group. Your breath knows the way home.

With so much love,
Ashanna & Dana
