Smoked Pig.

Unreal flavor and tenderness, this was such a fun cook.

46lb Pig from Costco Business center

Seasoned and injected with @kosmosq pork injection and @kindersflavors Teriyaki. I rubbed the inside with @fireandsmokesociety Honey Garlic rub

Smoked on the @recteq_official at 250 degrees for 10 hours until it hit 199 internal in the butt and shoulders.

Served alongside traditional rice, Mac salad, and teriyaki beef.

Legendary.

Brisket.

Seasoned with half SPG / half Traeger Coffee rub (Dukes Mayo as a binder - highly recommended). Smoked low and slow on the @recteq_official 1250 for over 20 hours. Phenomenal 🔥
