1967 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL (W113) Pagoda

We worked on this iconic red Pagoda, diagnosing engine starting issues and identifying the root cause to get it running as it should.

As part of the process, the radiator was removed and sent for core cleaning to ensure proper cooling and long-term reliability.

Timeless design, solid engineering the Pagoda remains one of Mercedes-Benz’s most recognizable classics. #280SL

We installed a full set of Bilstein shock absorbers on this iconic W126 S-Class to restore proper ride quality, stability, and control.

Engineered in Germany, Bilstein is known for precision manufacturing, durability, and performance under demanding conditions making it a trusted choice for both comfort and handling.

Accessing the rear shocks required removing the rear seats, a detailed process that reflects the solid build of these cars. No shortcuts just careful work done properly.

1974 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

Dead battery and cracked fuel hoses. We fitted a new ACDelco battery, replaced the tank fuel hose with new 10 mm line and stainless steel clamps, and swapped the coolant tank hose.

Cracked fuel lines can leak onto a hot exhaust, so on a car this age they’re one of the most important things to check.

All done in the owner’s driveway. We come to your classic.

5 things to check before your first drive:

1. 🔋 Battery — Check the charge and terminals, or replace the battery if it has been sitting for an extended period.
2. 🛢️ Fluids — Check engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid and transmission fluid.
3. 🛞 Tires & brakes — Check tire pressures and condition, and inspect the brakes for corrosion or sticking after prolonged storage.
4. ⛽ Fuel system — Check for fuel leaks, deteriorated hoses and stale fuel before starting the car.
5. 🔧 Start it properly — Once everything checks out, let the engine warm up and take a short, gentle drive while listening for anything unusual.

We took a short break for the summer, but that doesn’t mean your classic should be forgotten. Here are 5 maintenance tips to keep your classic car healthy while it’s parked during the hot summer months:

1. Protect your battery
Use a battery maintainer or disconnect the battery to prevent it from draining while your classic is resting.

2. Protect the fuel system
Fill the fuel tank and add a quality fuel stabilizer to prevent fuel degradation and avoid issues when it’s time to drive again.

3. Check all fluids
Before storing your car, make sure the engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and power steering fluid are topped up and ready for the summer heat.

4. Take care of the tires
Maintain the correct tire pressure and, if possible, move the car slightly every few weeks to help prevent flat spots.

5. Start and drive when possible
If conditions allow, take your classic for a proper 20–30 minute drive every few weeks. Idling alone isn’t enough the drivetrain needs to warm up, fluids need to circulate, and the battery needs time to recharge.

We worked on this beautiful 1970 Mercedes-Benz 280 SL Pagoda, where we traced and repaired a fuel leak by replacing the affected fuel hoses. We also installed a fresh set of correct spark plugs to keep the engine running clean and properly.
