Some mornings still begin with you.
The quiet air on the balcony.
The first breath of the day.
The memory of a woman who used to exist in these moments with me.
I can still see the way the morning used to look... the bed not empty, two cups instead of one,
the soft feeling of a life that once felt permanent.
But memory is a strange thing.
It lets you visit places that time has already closed.
And sometimes you sit with those memories for a moment... long enough to feel them again,
long enough to remember what it was like to wake up beside a person you loved.
Before reality returns.
Before you remember
that some mornings only exist in the past now.
This film isn’t about heartbreak.
It’s about mourning a season of life that ended... and accepting that there won’t ever be another morning like that again.

Once a month, I step away for three days.
No distractions. No noise. Just water and prayer.
I fast to realign. To quiet everything around me so I can clearly & more consciously hear the voice of God.
This video isn’t really about groceries.
It’s about obedience.
After finishing my fast, something in my spirit said, “Go.”
So I went. 3 a.m. Grocery store. Empty aisles. Silence.
And for some reason… it felt right.
Peaceful. Aligned. Like I was exactly where I was supposed to be.
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come in loud moments.
Sometimes it’s found in empty aisles at 3 in the morning.
