I finally figured it out…
I’m not meant to pick just one lane.
My lane is people.
Real estate, cars, doesn’t matter. If people are involved, I’m in my element.
Some people have a “career.” I have a personality that somehow turned into multiple careers.

Like… how did we get here? No idea. But here we are.

I’ll walk you through a home purchase or a car purchase the same way: with honesty, patience, and jokes, because I refuse to let this world make me boring.

Let’s find your car the same way we find your house. If you’re even thinking about a new car, come see me!

Spring Break 2025: Survived and thrived. 🏖️ 🌊 🐠

Vivian and I took the kids and adult kids to Seaside and lived to tell the tale — barely.
We survived 2 tornadoes, a carbon monoxide situation, and now Vivian is getting invited to join storm chaser Facebook groups. Honestly, she’s considering it. I support her new career path.

We hit the beach, ate at some amazing restaurants, and celebrated birthdays like pros.
Oh, and the 12-hour road trip? Pure chaos, snack wrappers everywhere, and questionable playlists — 10/10 would do it all over again.

We don’t just take trips. We star in natural disaster documentaries with a side of family fun. Catch us on our next episode — hopefully with less CO2. by @claudia.ramirez.tx

Okayyy Crandall… 👀 now THIS one might catch your attention.

🏡 3720 Mildren Bend
💰 $257,900 — APPROVED short-sale price

Yep, you read that right. The short-sale price is already approved, so we’re not out here playing the “let’s see what the lender says” game. 😂

If you’ve been watching the market for a Crandall home around this price point… you might wanna stop scrolling. 👀

📲 DM me for the details before somebody else beats you to it!

Natalie refuses to let my hair go back to factory settings. 😂

At this point, I don’t ask what we’re doing. I sit down, mind my business, and let that woman work. Color? Her decision. Cut? Her decision. Trends? I don’t know them. 😂
I just know I’m leaving her chair looking expensive.

I always reserve this little square for her birthday every year… because she’s kind of a big deal. 💚

We’re always asking each other, “What’s your favorite memory?” And honestly, that’s such a hard question. There are far too many.

But here’s one thing we know for sure… we know WAY too much about each other at this point, so neither one of us can afford to leave. 😂 And truthfully, I never want to.

She keeps me on my toes, keeps me young, makes me laugh, inspires me in more ways than she probably realizes, and somehow always knows exactly how to be there when I need her.

“Best friend” doesn’t really cover it anymore. She’s my family. She’s my sister.

I love you, E. 💚 Happy birthday to one of the most important people in my life. Here’s to another year of memories we’ll probably never be able to tell anyone about. 😂🥂 by @claudia.ramirez.tx

Yesterday was just a GOOD day. 🏈

Got to be there with my Eriza for her Season 22 opener, the Cowboys got the WIN 🤠💙, my Chiefs pulled it off in overtime ❤️💛, Taylor screaming “THAT’S MY HUSBAND!” 😂… and somewhere in between, Wildest Dreams just felt appropriate. 😉

I loved yesterday. 🫶🏼 by @claudia.ramirez.tx

Y’all… don’t sleep on me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There’s a reason I’m being recognized as a Top Reviewed Specialist at Five Star Ford, and I haven’t even been here a year yet. 🥹

On websites like Cars.com, guests can actually choose who they want to work with… and they’re choosing ME. That means everything. 💚

And listen, you do NOT need perfect credit to come see me. I work with everyone. First-time buyer, rebuilding your credit, looking for something new or pre-owned… come talk to me. We’ll see what we can do.

Every review, referral, share, and person who has trusted me — THANK YOU.
