HI!! A little update on what I’ve been creating lately 🤍

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on my podcast, @ourcorethings, a space for conversations about coming back to our core essence.

Through solo episodes and conversations with inspiring guests, I explore things like identity, self-worth, creativity, and the process of becoming. I’ve already had the chance to podcast with some amazing people, including breathwork coaches (like @doris.ay!!!), authors and entrepreneurs.

I’ve also become slightly obsessed with @substack lately 😂. In my weekly Substack, I share podcast overviews and some of my more raw, honest thoughts.

You can find both the podcast & substack through the link in my bio.

And finally, I’ll be sharing more of my podcast and art HERE!!

That’s all for now!!!
xxxx by @claudia1ee

Recently, I saw an instagram post by @yasmine.bunout and it really made me pause and think.

Why are we always rushing? What is enough? Are we making time for what we say we care about?

Comment PAUSE for 🔗 to Substack.

Sharing some of my favourite Substack notes as of late 💌

Basically a reflection of what I’m thinking about a lot of the time: authentic connection, artistic expression, spirituality & personal growth!!!

What one is your favourite? 🤍

Put a pause on my yoga and pilates to do a Hyrox women’s doubles with the @miutraininghub.

I don’t say yes that easily but I knew I would regret it if I didn’t do this.... and I’m so glad I did!!! So grateful to be able to train with such a solid and supportive community.
