Never in my 40 years of life did I think I’d be able to see my @brewers win the World Series. I was lucky enough to go to the parade and experience such a life changing event along with 750,000 other people. Thank you to the players, coaches, manager Pat, the entire staff. You did this for not only the team but for Milwaukee. I will be insufferable until the end of time about this! 💙💛⚾️ by @claudiabass148

In 2011 while on a Student Government trip to Madison Jesse Jackson walked into the hotel we were staying at. He was kind enough to take a group photo and chat for a moment.

I then went to take the elevator and he was there to take it as well. I thanked him for all he’s done in his life & he was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met.

May you rest knowing you’ve done a lot, but I know we still have a long way to go and I’m willing to be there to push for the things we need to fight for! by @claudiabass148
