Balancing and supporting my nervous system one tree at a time 💚
•
Trees are alive and sentient. They engage in various forms of cellular and biochemical activity, especially in their roots, trunks, and leaves. These activities involve the movement of ions and water, especially through a process known as transpiration. The movement of these charged particles and fluids create a bioelectromagnetic field around trees. In fact, around all that grows from the Earth.

When a human comes into close proximity to a tree through direct physical contact like hugging, the bioelectromagnetic fields of both the human and the tree interact. Since trees are deeply rooted in the Earth, their electromagnetic field is stable and grounded. When a person connects with this grounded biofield, they may feel a sense of calmness and connection, almost like a tuning effect on our own body’s rhythm, thus receiving nervous system balance and support. by @claudiamesa_
