“I never knew this level of relaxation even existed”

We all know the excruciating feeling of a sleepless night. Drifting off doesn't come easy when your body feels tense and your mind is racing.

Sound is all around us, and inside of us. Sound healing uses vibrations to help you reach a meditative frequency.

We respond to sound as early as 5 months in our mother’s bellies. Most likely, we’ve all weeped or rejoiced to the voices and instruments of our favorite artists, but what many don’t know is the powerful healing property of sound vibrations.
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Singing Bowls are tuned at strategic frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind.

This method of sound healing is ancient and sacred in Tibet, where it was first used around the 12th century for meditation and rituals. Other types of Sound Therapy, like vibro-acoustic, guided meditation and neurological music therapy combine frequency and mindfulness therapy to treat.

I truly enjoy healing the physical body but over the years I encounter so much tiredness in the mind and energy field of my clients, I’ve decided to dig deeper… discovering science behind the sounds healing and energy healing, I’m ready to introduce this wonderful modality to my services.

I hope you enjoy it 🙏🏻💕

Okay Monterey… I didn’t know you were hiding THIS. 🌊🤍

Vista Blue Spa at @montereyplaza might have one of the dreamiest spa views I’ve seen in California.

Oceanfront whirlpools overlooking Monterey Bay, a beautiful sundeck, steam room, fireplace… basically the kind of place you come to when you need to disappear for a few hours and reset. ✨

Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa | Monterey, California

Save this for your next Monterey getaway - and send it to the person you’d bring with you. 🤍

You’re taking care of your face… but are you forgetting your hands? 👀

Your skincare doesn’t have to stop at your jawline. If retinol is already part of your routine, don’t forget the areas that can show aging too , neck, chest & hands. ✨

And always SPF on those hands during the day. ☀️

Featuring @audiaskincareofficial retinol 🧬

Save this as your reminder 🤍

Some women don’t just support you. They remind you who you were before life made you forget. 🤍

I’ve been lucky enough to have women in my life who believed in me during seasons when I was struggling to believe in myself.

The kind of women who see your light when you can’t see it yourself. Who remind you of your strength, your gifts, your dreams… and slowly help you find your way back to the woman you’ve always been.

If you have a woman like that in your life, send this to her. 🤍
And if you’ve been that woman for someone else , never underestimate how much that matters.

Something about today’s energy just feels different… ✨

So light, so peaceful. 🤍 Excited to pamper my beautiful soul sister Monique with a facial + energy work today. Getting her glowing, grounded and ready for next week’s recording session of The Cost Of Clarity🎙️✨

Be honest… do you need a facial, an energy reset, or BOTH? 😂✨ taken in California by @claudynaa

Bay Area, add this to your weekend plans 🌸✨

Filoli just transformed into a real-life floral fairytale for Fleurs de Villes: THE GILDED AGE and it is absolutely stunning.

15 incredible floral mannequins inspired by HBO’s The Gilded Age, created with fresh flowers by talented local designers, are displayed throughout the historic house. 🌷

And seeing them surrounded by the architecture of Filoli makes the whole experience feel like stepping into another era.

Bay Area parents… JBF is officially OPEN! 👀🛍️

I went to the first shopping day at the Cow Palace this morning and the finds were SO good. 😳

Betsey Johnson jacket for $10?! Kids clothes for $5, toys, books, baby gear, costumes and rows and rows of clothes.

This is seriously one giant treasure hunt 😂 You never know what you’re going to find.

📍 Just Between Friends at the Cow Palace

Who are you bringing with you? 👀👇
Send this to a Bay Area parent who needs to know!
