Love is Rad. A dumb jock from central Ga moves to Utah, gets absolutely mollywhopped because of bad dating decisions, and then stumbles across this little emo gem of a girl from Ivins. UT, And BAM, just like that, they end up getting married, and living happily ever after. Crazy huh????

•First Day of School•

The oldest’s first day of Junior High and the youngest’s first day of elementary!

Beckham - 7th
Jake - 1st
Tucker - Kindergarten

Tucker’s teacher had the parents stay so we could read/do The Kissing Hand… and needless to say, I was a puddle.

She graduated from Yappers university with a degree is Yapology. Shes the queen of yappin. And you know what…. I’m glad I get to listen to her yap for the rest of time. by @clay_jay22

Jake took a really long time to talk, to the point that I was super stressed out about it. I noticed all the little kids his age talking, and then there was my little guy…Silent. Sure, he was chill as a cucumber and happy as can be but I was positive he needed speech therapy, or his hearing checked. I went to his pediatrician with my concerns and he said, “Kass. He’s fine. He’s going to talk. And why would he need to…? You understand him completely without a word. You two have a good thing going.” And it dawned on me that’s how it’s always been. When Jake was born he didn’t cry. They handed him to me and we just stared into each other’s eyes while the world seemed to stop. That is until the nurse told me she had to make sure he could cry so she was going to need to bug him a little bit (How rude!).

The doctor was right. He was fine, he did end up talking, and he’s completely brilliant. We still have that good thing going, and I’m still pinching myself that I get to exist in the same space and time as Jake Jennings! Happiest Birthday to you, My Dude! We couldn’t love you more if we tried. by @clay_jay22
