✨ WELCOME TO CRESTA BELLA | $1,350,000
📍 7310 Cresta Bulivar | San Antonio

This is the kind of home you don’t just tour, you start picturing your life in it.

Sunday morning pancakes around the waterfall island.
Thanksgiving dinner cooking in the double ovens while family gathers in the kitchen. Christmas parties that spill out onto the covered patio and outdoor kitchen. Summer evenings by a future pool, surrounded by green space with only one immediate neighbor.

Set behind the gates of Cresta Bella, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home was designed for the way you actually want to live.

The kitchen is stunning with Calacatta Gold quartz, ceiling-height cabinetry, an oversized pantry, and a 48” gas range with double ovens. Every bedroom has its own private bath, including two primary-sized suites downstairs, making it ideal for family, guests, or multigenerational living.

Your primary retreat overlooks the backyard with its own HVAC, oversized rainfall shower, and heated jetted soaking tub. Upstairs, a private balcony gives you the perfect place for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

Outside, the privacy is what truly sets it apart, green space behind and beside the home, only one immediate neighbor, an outdoor kitchen, covered entertaining space, elevated views, and room to create an incredible pool.

Add a flexible office, hidden Murphy-bookcase storage, three HVAC systems, EV outlet, and a 3-car garage deep enough for full-size trucks, and you have a home that is as functional as it is beautiful.

At $1,350,000, this is an exceptional opportunity to experience the space, privacy and lifestyle of Cresta Bella.

Move in before the holidays. Make it yours. And start making the memories you’ll talk about for years.

📲 DM me for a private showing.

Being part of Platinum Top 50 is about far more than recognition. It’s about the people, education, collaboration, and relationships that continually challenge us to become better at what we do.

🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY IDENTICAL TWIN, TADD! 🎉

Fun fact: Tadd isn’t actually a name. It’s an acronym:

The
Agent
Development
Dude 😂

And after careful consideration, we decided not to make a huge deal about his birthday today…Just a Tadd bit of a big deal. 😎

Happy Birthday to an awesome agent, leader, mentor, and huge part of the Keeping It Realty family! 🥳

Perfect photo op. 📸

Before diving into business, we had to grab a team photo at Sabrina Maddry’s stunning new listing at 23103 Henness Pass in The Canyons at Scenic Loop.

Then it was time for a quick strategy meeting to make sure every one of our agents is sharing this incredible property across social media to maximize exposure and put it in front of as many qualified buyers as possible.

This is what teamwork looks like. Everyone showed up looking sharp, bringing great energy, and working together to deliver the best results for our clients.

Huge thanks to Yvonne for capturing another awesome team photo! 👏📸

Honored to be part of the opening of the Evel Knievel Museum in the Las Vegas Arts District.

An incredible tribute to one of the greatest daredevils and American legends of all time @officialevelknievel . It was an honor to celebrate alongside his son Kelly Knievel, our mayor Shelley Berkley, our Governor Joe Lombardo, skateboarding icon Steve Caballero, BMX legend TJ Lavin, my childhood friend J Dapper, my buddy Hunter, and so many other incredible people who brought this all together.

Congratulations to everyone who brought this amazing museum to life. What a week. What a city. ❤️🙌

“KITT, what’s the update on 3216 Plantation Rd in Austin, TX?”

🤖 “Michael, the buyer viewed the Zillow Showcase, took the Sky Tour, admired the virtual staging, and submitted a full-price offer the very same day.”

“Did they ask for closing costs?”

🤖 “Negative.”

“Home warranty?”

🤖 “Negative.”

“Seller concessions?”

🤖 “Negative.”

“Seller-paid buyer agent commission?”

🤖 “Also negative, Michael.”

Sometimes I feel like real estate in 2026 is just Michael Knight teaming up with AI. 😂

The old Michael Knight had KITT.
I have AI, Zillow Showcase, virtual staging, Sky Tours, and a smartphone.

🏡 3216 Plantation Rd | Austin, TX 78745

The buyer found the home through Zillow Showcase and was able to experience the property online before ever stepping inside. The combination of virtual staging, the Sky Tour, and standout features like the luxury Thermador appliance package helped them envision living there and they submitted a full-price offer the very same day.

The result?
🔥 Full list price
🔥 No closing cost requests
🔥 No home warranty requests
🔥 No seller concessions
🔥 Buyer paid their own buyer’s agent commission

The lesson?
Technology didn’t sell this home by itself.

AI, virtual staging, Zillow Showcase, and the Sky Tour got the buyer to the table. A beautifully updated home with premium finishes and Thermador appliances got them to pay full price with no concessions.

Great marketing creates attention. Great homes create demand. Put them together, and good things happen.

Congratulations to my seller on an incredible result and thank you for trusting me with the sale.

Now if AI could just get my car to talk back to me like KITT, we’d really be in business. 😎🏎️🤖

Stanley Cup Finals! LFG! 🤘

So grateful to be in the building watching the @vegasgoldenknights get it done tonight, nothing like hockey in this city. The energy, the crowd, the moment… unreal. 🙌

Even better, getting to run into so many great friends along the way. Felt like half the arena was on my Clay-List celebrities 😂

This is what it’s all about, great wins, great people, and a city that always shows up!
