Quote of the Year: Make it exist.

Ideas don’t get paid. Execution does. In any industry, but especially the creative industry, hesitation is very expensive. Every time you sit on an idea, someone else is building it, pitching it, funding it, and profiting from it.

If you don’t go for it, you’re not being “strategic,” “humble,” or “patient.” You’re leaving money and impact on the table.

Our success this year is thankfully on par with recent years, but we also missed major opportunities – not because of budget cuts, DEI rollbacks, or rejected proposals, but due to our own hesitation. Make the call. Launch the project. Send the pitch. And when it’s time to deliver, don’t let off the gas.

We appreciate every partner for trusting us to make it happen this year. Every graphic. Every video. Every strategy session. We are beyond grateful. 💚
