2023 was an amazing year and one I’ll never forget. Until today I have not made a post on social media since October of 2022 😳

That wasn’t on purpose, but I laughed when I noticed before making this post because it really just shows how my priorities have changed over the years. From feeling like I needed to share my life and all the updates on this app, to not caring if I post all year lol.

Im just over here being a Girl Dad, helping take over every city/state with an Amped Fitness 🇺🇸, trying to be present in the moment, and loving life.

As of now I don’t know if I’ll continue my hiatus on IG or if I’ll start posting again, but I wanted to jump on and say Happy New Year! 2024 is going to be one of the best years yet 😎🎉 taken in Saint Petersburg, Florida by @claypayne_5

🚨3 NEW LOCATIONS🚨
@ampedfitnessfortmyers
@ampedfitnesssarasota
@ampedfitnessmontgomery

It was a BUSY couple of weeks so I am behind on posting. I wish I had made an individual post for each one of these beautiful new locations, but here we are all under 2 weeks 🤯

I am forever grateful for the opportunity I have been given to be apart of this team. These individuals all have crazy passion and stupid work ethic to pull off something no one else could! It wouldn’t let me tag everyone but you ALL know who you are 💙

@tlabazzo and @steve___thomas thank you for the opportunity you have given all of us! I remember the conversations we had at 2 locations, and now here we are at 11 👊🏼 We said it then, and we are saying it now… this is only the beginning 😤LFG!

Who’s getting SHREDDED for summer ☀️🙋🏼‍♂️
With summer approaching quickly I know a lot of us are trying to get a Shredded Core to go hit the pools and beaches 🏖

There’s no substitute for healthy nutrition and exercises but the Shredded Core Bundle will definitely help turn it up a notch 🔥 combining two of my favorite @steelfitusa supplements Shredded Steel & Steel Core

Shredded Steel is a powerful thermogenic 🔥 fat burner! I normally prefer to take this earlier in the day during a cutting phase as it really increases my energy and focus without having a hard crash.

Each serving is packed with 6 research backed, patented ingredients, along with other natural vitamins/minerals. All of these ingredients aid in:
🔥Burning Fat
🏃Boost Metabolism
🔋Increase Energy Levels
🧠Enhance Mental Focus
🤐Suppress Appetite

Steel Core is a Physician Formulated Visceral Fat Metabolizer (Stimulant Free)
🎯 Target multiple aspects of fat loss with clinical doses of the most cutting edge, research validated, patented ingredients that help convert fat to energy, reduce BMI, improve metabolism, partition carbohydrates and increase strength.

I will normally take one serving before bed, but when I get deeper into a cut I’ll add another serving in the morning.

Features and Benefits:
🧬 Clinically Dosed Ingredients
💤 Stimulant Free AM/PM Formula
🏃Converts Fat to Energy
❌ Cortisol Reducer
👫 Formulated For Men and Women
