Genuinely I did not expect to experience what I did from my breathwork experience. I’ve done healing work before, so I was open to what else could come through. My experience was extremely positive and what came through to me was to continue to really live my life to the fullest and not hold back. The breathing felt amazing and I certainly released some more emotions in me. The following days after this, I was getting more joy from the simple things in life and feeling more grateful for everything. I highly highly recommend anyone to go and do one, you have nothing to lose! Just be open and let your emotions lead the way. I will certainly be doing another one with @homeofselftransformation & @immersiv.uk. by @clean.hausco

I am not promoting alcohol but these things have helped me recently if I’ve had a few drinks for a special occasion and need to be ok the next day.

I take deliverance before bed which is an anti oxidant elixir for your liver and Nux vomica which is a homeopathic remedy to help with nausea and headaches.

I will share more soon on how incredible deliverance is as a product as it can really help with things like fatty liver. by @clean.hausco

It’s very easy to forget what you’re grinding your salt and pepper up with. It’s such a simple swap to make today. You can literally empty what’s in these grinders in to a glass jar for a start. by @clean.hausco
