Until we meet again ;)
POSTS STORIES REELS
We started out as just us three dudes, hanging out and fucking around with guitars, bongs, fireworks and other bs. It grew into us developing real skills as musicians, writing some actual good shit and some nights/moments that I’ll never forget. It’s hard writing posts like this but it’s with a heavy heart that we have to announce the end of Clean Cut for the time being. Who knows what the future may hold? What I do know is that these guys are the best friends that I’ve ever had. I know that I am so proud of everything we’ve done together and I know it’s going to be hard moving forward having accepted that those days are long gone. I think that’s the hardest part about this: not being 18 anymore. Not having the freedom. Adult life is hard, and it’s made being an actual band even harder. I also wish the best of luck in future musical endeavors that any of us may find ourselves a part of. We all have projects we want to fulfill and my hope is we can all find that. And thank you to everyone who ever supported us. We only played a few shows but every time we did, our loved ones and friends would fill the room up with familiar faces. Love you all! Until we meet again.. ;) by @clean_cut_band
I never post enough, gotta get better about that But Sept 1 was the two year anniversary of our first music drop “Ghosts In My Bedroom I” Over the last two years we’ve released two more small EPs and I’ve personally learned a ton more about recording and production. However I’m still very proud of how these early couple songs came out.. I’ve been working on a lot more music in the meantime, I’m not setting any creative deadlines but I should hopefully have something truly special and full length done for year 3 ;) #music #cat by @clean_cut_band

March update: we’re starting small but we’ve recently upgraded our rehearsal equipment. We’ve acquired a small mixer and some PA’s and have it set up so we can perform with our recorded drum track. It’s not the most ideal solution but we are so tired of not being able to play out, that we’ve decided to replace our drummer issue with technology for now. Hopefully we’ll be playing shows by summer #band #music #rehearsals #technology #guitar #mathrock by @clean_cut_band
February was my KCD2 month, waited like 7 years for the game so yeah a lot of my time was well wasted this month. Getting back on that horse for March though, lots of tempo mapping and guitar tracking coming up this month #band #music #guitar #newmusic #studio #gaming by @clean_cut_band
January 2025 update: just finished building and installing some DIY sound treatment for the home studio. Still gotta hang up the 2 cloud panels but I am already impressed with how much clearer the mixing area sounds. Also planning to paint to canvas, get surrounded by art. Hopefully overall this leads to better sounding recordings and mixes. #homestudio #diy #band #music #studio #guitar #newmusic by @clean_cut_band
End of 2024/Beginning of 2025 recap: On a personal level 2024 fucking sucked ngl, I was in a car accident, had to quit school, give up on my prospective career etc Despite this I am proud of what we accomplished in 2024 musically. We managed to get out two more demo EP’s of some of our earliest written songs. In my mind we are now onto a new chapter starting in 2025. My current goals for 2025 start with revamping my studio project: Working on getting the space treated acoustically so that it is more appropriate for recording and mixing, and an overall makeover to make it more comfortable, accessible and a better vibe. After which I plan to record a more full length record of the rest of our early songs and all of the new material I’ve written in the meantime. I am also still in search of a talented drummer who enjoys writing and playing our style of music. We want to return to the live scene and in general: to be complete as a group again. Thank you to anyone who still supports us, unfortunately for the rest of you I will never stop. #music #band #studio #mathrock #guitar by @clean_cut_band
It’s that one week mark since we dropped our demo! Thank you all for listening to it and for your support.. here’s a photo dump of some pics we took during the production.. We plan to release more music before the year is over. We’re dedicated to putting out higher quality recordings and mixes at a faster pace and we learned A LOT by doing all of this ourselves. Heavy music drop next? #guitar #mathrock #music #band #musicproducer #art by @clean_cut_band

HEAVY SHOUT OUT TO @nonmetal FOR KEEPING THESE HEATED VIDEOS ON DOWNLOW FOR EVERYONE TO SEE NOW, we were bummed there wasn't more CC pit footage from our first show, I can now happily retract that statement. There can never not be enough pit footage but after months of knowing there wouldnt be anymore videos to come of this show, we get to be spoiled by the dad of @asylum213 ❤❤❤ #mathcore #metal #mosh #moshpit #band #music #promotion #song  #cleancut #drums #guitar #community #jam #jamsession  #livemusic #intense #heavy #4piece #518 #shushan#Ibanez #pushpit #mathrock #hardcore #musicians  #localmusic #meme #mathrock by @clean_cut_band
