Dear Valued Clients,

As we head into our busy summer season, Clean Peach Wax Studio is implementing a firmer adherence to our cancellation and no-show policies to better serve all of our guests and respect the time of our estheticians.

Effective immediately, the following policies will be strictly enforced:
• Same-day cancellations or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the service fee.
• A valid card is required to be saved on file in order to book appointments. This is necessary to uphold these policies.

To help you stay on top of your appointments, Vagaro automatically sends out reminder notifications at 72 and 48 hours before your scheduled service. If an appointment is not confirmed within 24 hours, Clean Peach will also follow up directly to ensure your spot is secured.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur, and we always aim to be compassionate. However, we have been too lenient in the past, and late cancellations or no-shows take away the opportunity for others to book, while directly affecting our team’s time and income.

For all COMMUNICATION, the best way to reach us is by phone (+1 (830) 627-4416). While the front desk may not always be able to answer calls immediately, you can text us at the same studio number, which is monitored 24/7. You may also message us on both our Facebook and Instagram pages. Please note: we do NOT use any other texting platforms outside of our official studio number.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness for both our clients and our service providers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Today marks the last first day of nursing school I’ll ever have, and with my final quarter officially beginning, it’s finally time to share something I’ve been keeping close to my heart.

After graduation, I’ll be moving back home to Washington State. ❤️ Because of that, I’ll be wrapping up my time at Clean Peach this October. As the weeks go on, my availability will become more limited as I begin this next chapter.

This is such a bittersweet announcement because Clean Peach has been such a huge part of my life. I started waxing here at the same time I started nursing school, and for the past three years, so many of you have been alongside me through every exam, every clinical, every milestone, and every challenge. You’ve celebrated my wins, checked in on me, prayed for me, wished me luck, and supported me in more ways than you’ll ever know. That kind of love and encouragement has meant the world to me, and I’ll never be able to thank you enough.

While I’m so excited to go home to where my heart has always been, leaving my amazing clients is by far the hardest part. Please know you’re in wonderful hands with the talented estheticians here at Clean Peach, and I know they’ll take great care of you.

If you have any questions about scheduling or the transition, please don’t hesitate to message me or ask me at your next appointment.

Don’t worry—we still have four more months together! My books are open, and I’d absolutely love to see as many of you as I can before I leave. My schedule will only begin to become more limited in October, and after October, I will no longer be taking appointments at Clean Peach.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your lives. I’ll cherish these next few months with all of you, and I’ll forever be grateful for the love, support, and kindness you’ve shown me throughout this journey. Thank you for trusting me, cheering me on, and helping make these last three years so incredibly special. I’ll carry every one of you with me as I begin this exciting new chapter. 🤍
