I layer on all the things that make life go easier. There is beauty in keeping our frequencies vibing high as much as possible. God created us as beings of frequency so rather than it being “woo” it is actually quantum we are dealing with on the daily. This year has definitely showcased a range of emotions. Main takeaways for me at this moment- Our move to North Carolina brought so many amazing people into our lives through fellowship that have become family. As time goes on, I find myself reflecting more on the memories of growing up and also really being able to also embrace the present. It’s been such a peaceful walk this year with that focus. I’ve learned that grief truly does come in waves, and that crying does not make me weak but just allows me to process emotions, let go and lean into God through the challenges. I’m ending the year so grateful for our community and for our children. As some of our kids have become adults, I find myself so proud to be in a family with these beautiful people. Thank you Lord, I’m ending this year with gratitude and I’m truly praising you even in the valleys. ✝️🫶🏻🙏🏻 by @cleanlivingdoc

When I was a child my favorite nights were a Bible study my parents would do with other families. They would share a meal and discuss the Bible. I prayed for this Bible Study group that we now have. We have met faithfully for 2 years. We meet every Thursday night and it’s couples. We share a meal and study books of the Bible. We aren’t affiliated with any one church. What we have in common is Jesus. We are kicking off this study tonight. This is a book I have wanted to study for many years. It’s a heavy book but feels timely. I’m so glad we get to host night one. I’m ready for this one. by @cleanlivingdoc

Ephesians 6:10-17 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all of this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. This has been a challenging season of late. It’s taking all hands on deck to keep everyone healthy and functional. The benefits of IR sauna are massive. My dad went down with dementia and heart disease. I have many loved ones that went down with the big C. I’m gonna fight to be as healthy I can in a world that is increasingly toxic. God wanted us to be able to heal ourselves. My goal is help each and every one of you get back to a best version of yourself so you can fully manifest your gifts! Maybe to meet a you, you have never known. The version that God created you to be. Energetic. Loving. Fearless. Bold. Impactful. Loyal. Honest. Authentic. Who’s with me?! It’s been a minute since I introduced myself and told y’all what I’m about. I am Dr. Michelle to most. I work in the realm of “miracles”. I’m never intimidated when someone comes to me for help. We have been lied to. Our bodies are NOT stupid. They do NOT rely on chemical interventions 24/7 as we age. We are of the most intelligent design. God placed things here on earth to heal us. He gave us intelligence to find these things. He also gave us free will. People use free will to create wonderful things and awful things. He knew exactly what we were going to do. He knew we were going to make harmful chemicals that give us endless problems. He put plants and animals here to save us. Find someone who works from this mindset! Free yourself from the prison of disease, sickness and painful aging. I’ve seen non verbal Autistic children speak again! Many times over! I’ve seen people considered infertile conceive! (I’m one of them☺️) I’ve seen people on “lifetime dialysis” come off of it! People with the big C go into remission! Unrelenting pain disappear! Exhaustion leave the body! Decades of migraines gone! Ulcerative colitis into full remission in only 9 months of a parasite cleanse!!! Who’s with me that God can do anything through us!!!?? I pray every day that he guides me to help anyone who comes to door. So for the past 2 decades in my career I’m just dancing in the world of “miracles”that are truly just intelligent design. 🫶🏻🙏🏻 by @cleanlivingdoc

Sometimes it’s all about reconnecting with your people. With the ones that remind you of who you are and it’s realizing how God flows through each of us. There have been so many seasons in my life. This last season has been the most challenging for sure, but I know out of that comes the most growth. I have experienced extreme humbling and been confronted with what it feels like when you lose a parent. How to walk that out for the rest of my life. In many ways, I have been hiding because the energy it takes to be out loud was just not present. I know what I want to say. I know what I need to say, but I’ve been holding back and I keep trying to get out there, but I keep stopping myself. I’m thankful for this season because the one thing it has really brought to my attention is gratitude. I spent the weekend with some mentors that are just giving and giving and giving and giving. That is my true nature and that is my flow. I need to get back into that. I want the world to be a better place and I have so many things that could help people I just need to come out of hiding. by @cleanlivingdoc

Last night was truly amazing. I told my hubby there was ONE ARTIST I really wanted to see so he surprised me with awesome tickets!!! 🥰🙏🏻Her songs hit me like nothing else and the past few years I listen to them to process so very much about life. I have always felt that God flows so freely through many artists. Love this cup gifted to me by someone in our couples Bible study. We are a group of diverse individuals brought together with only one thing all in common, a desire to grow closer to God by reading and understanding the Bible. We are all from different churches. We are all from different places in life. Everyone brings a dish and one night a week we eat together and study. The peace this season has brought me is immense. Having a group of people authentically support our family through thick and thin is something I have prayed for. God has taught me so much this year and brought many blessings to our family. I’m starting the year full of gratitude and ready to see what God has in store! by @cleanlivingdoc

My hubby told me my birthday tomorrow is the downward slope to 50. 😂🙃He had his 50th last year so he had to give me some bday grief for passing 45. What I can say is how blessed I am. I’m closer to God than I have ever been and I have a healthy family. I have so much peace this year. Things aren’t dramatic they are just chill. No huge trips. No fancy labels. I’m not famous. 😂Just over here working a job I love, exploring the south when I get a chance, loving my family and friends and spending time with the Lord.
