I feel like this is a good explanation for who I am as a person and what my preferences are. The whole point of this post is there’s absolutely nothing wrong with having preferences, just as long as you’re respectful about it. Honestly, everybody has preferences, whether it’s for their own demographic group or another. I’m willing to respect everyone’s preferences. And I would hope everyone is willing to respect mine.Several years ago, some individuals (many of whom white and Hispanic) had given me a hard time for “wanting to be black” instead of sticking with my own demographic group. However, there’s nothing wrong with the fact that I’ve mostly preferred to be around black Americans for much of my life. There’s nothing wrong with the fact that I’ve mainly been attracted to black American women over the past several years. And there’s nothing wrong with the fact that I’ve always considered myself to be strictly American by culture. Honestly, posting this gives me closure because I’m being upfront about who I am and what I like. Being open and honest about this stuff helps me out because I can get it off my chest.Nonetheless, I have love and respect for white Americans, black Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, etc. Yes, my preference is mostly black, since they are my type; whereas white, Hispanic, and Asian aren’t my type. However, I have love and respect for everyone, regardless of race or ethnicity. I get along with everybody. And yes, this includes Filipinos. Most Filipinos are good people. I’m just not attracted to them or their culture, that’s all. Although I’m adamant about my strong preferences, I’m also a very let live person. I’ll support anyone who chooses to be whoever they are, and pursue whomever and whatever they want. Overall, there is no valid reason for anyone to have a problem with me or hate on me. by @cleann.charless

I posted this on my story yesterday. A lot of y’all agreed. I’m posting it here today because I fully stand by what I said. Those terminally online racists on X, formerly Twitter, who obsessively hate black Americans and say they have “black fatigue” are losers. White nationalists and Neo-Nazis are rejects of society and they should always be treated as such. There’s never a reason to befriend them, or even treat them fairly. by @cleann.charless

You know what, I don’t feel so bad about living at home anymore. I’m 26 years old, work in IT, currently make $55k per year, live at home to pay $800-900 per month in bills (car insurance for my parents and I, electric, utilities, and water). I choose to live at home because I value financial stability over everything else. The average for rent in Orlando, Florida is close to $2k per month. It was much cheaper before COVID-19 but ever since, the cost of living has vastly increased. Factoring in other bills makes it even more expensive. Why the hell would I want to pay all that and struggle financially. That’s irresponsible decision making.I use Betterment for investing: $20k invested in automated investing account, as well as $7.5k invested in my Roth IRA (maxed out for this year). I also have 401k through my organization and they match. I still have $6k in the bank to travel every few months to Atlanta, Georgia to see my friends ($560-950 for round trip flight + hotel stay, depending on time of year), and Carnival cruises once or twice per year to make more friends ($560-970 including unlimited drink package, depending on time of year). I stay away from anything fancy or expensive taste, especially expensive food. I strongly dislike anything that’s bougie.Say what you want about me. But I made great decisions in life. I’m financially stable and my social life is great. Now, if I REALLY want to move out, I’d honestly join the Army or Air Force. But I don’t want to live in another country for a year or two through deployments, so I’ve avoided going that route. Nonetheless, affordability is important and I’m going to achieve it for myself one way or another. Just my two cents. by @cleann.charless

Atlanta Juneteenth Weekend Day 3For my final night in Atlanta, Georgia during my solo weekend trip, I went to Fin & Feathers in midtown Atlanta. For whatever reason, I decided to get drunk. This is unusual for me because I usually only get drunk on Carnival cruises. This is the finale for my Atlanta Juneteenth weekend trip. Tomorrow, I fly back home to Orlando, Florida. Nonetheless, I’m most definitely coming back to Atlanta again sometime in the next several months. I don’t know when yet. But at this point, considering I’ve been to Atlanta three times since December 2025 (literally just 7 months), Atlanta is my second home lol.I think I’m going to book another solo Carnival cruise for myself. Tonight made me realize how much I miss the three day Carnival cruises, where I would get drunk and make countless friends. It took me right back to January 2026, when I had my last cruise. by @cleann.charless

Atlanta Juneteenth Weekend Day 2 Part 2I went to Decatur, which is east of Atlanta. Now, it’s pronounced Decater, not Decatur. Think “Decatur where it’s greater.” The cool thing about the venue that I visited, which is called Silk at Candler, is it’s directly inside a predominantly black neighborhood. After the event, I went to a nearby gasoline station on a street called Candler McAfee and bought chicken fries from a local food truck. Great food. I forgot what the vendor is called though. There were a lot of young men standing outside, many of whom were openly exercising their 2nd Amendment rights. They’re good guys. It was after 2 AM, so everyone was chilling. by @cleann.charless

Atlanta Juneteenth Weekend Day 1I tried Fin & Feathers for the first time, meaning I actually ate there. This one is in midtown Atlanta. I went to Fin & Feathers for the first time in Riverdale back in December 2025, but I didn’t eat anything. I went during the late night. At that point, it was really a club and lounge anyway. Nonetheless, I made a couple of friends, so I’m happy about that. I’m going to sleep early tonight because I’m exhausted from flying in to Atlanta from Orlando. Tomorrow, I should have plenty of energy. I’ll be at Piedmont Park during the day. I might go to Edgewood in the night to see the Fin & Feathers there. I love the name though. Fin AND Feathers. You get both lol. I actually got both chicken and catfish for the love of the game. I know I’m goofy as hell. by @cleann.charless

I honestly don’t know why I was making that face lol. It looks like I’m plotting something. But this is my favorite picture. It’s from August 18, 2019. I was 19 years old and going out to places in Orlando, Florida by myself. This was exciting for me back then, since 2019 was my first year out of high school. Just one year before, I was 18 years old and graduated from high school on May 22, 2018. Can y’all believe that was 8 years ago?Now, I’m 26 years old. I still live in Orlando, but I don’t really go out in this city anymore. As y’all can see from my last several posts between August 2025 and April 2026, I’m now going on Carnival cruises and to Atlanta, Georgia by myself. My next trip to Atlanta is Juneteenth weekend, which is literally next weekend. I’m excited. Life really flies. Make the most out of it. by @cleann.charless

My 26th birthday is today, April 6. Since I’m now back in Orlando, I’m honestly not doing anything to celebrate it. I haven’t had much of a social life in Orlando over the past few years. It fell off after 2023 lol. Nonetheless, last night, while I was still in Atlanta, I was able to celebrate my birthday with friends that I met on the January 2026 Carnival cruise. They invited me to their house. I’m thankful for that. This took place in Riverdale, which is east of College Park, both of which are south of Atlanta. The two cities are in the Greater Atlanta area.These are my final April 2026 Atlanta birthday trip videos. I had a very fun time in Atlanta over the past weekend. And I would love to return sometime, likely in a few months when summer comes around. For those of y’all who spent time with me in Atlanta this weekend, thank you. Atlanta Day / 404 Day Part 2 —> Piedmont Park. This post just shows me with some people that I’ve met and befriended today. If you want to see the whole thing, check out my story highlight called ATLANTA DAY 2026. It was so lit and crowded, they ran out of water halfway through the day. The only drinks that were served by then had been liquor and soda.And yes, I came here by myself. I go EVERYWHERE by myself. Club Lit Orlando, Beacham Orlando, Carnival cruises, trips to Atlanta 2x, etc. all by myself. That’s just how I roll. I go everywhere by myself, meet new people, make new friends, and most of all, have a fun time while I’m there. by @cleann.charless
