Swipe to see the transformation…. And read below on my experience doing one of my first solo paint jobs.

I call this one a small bathroom wall restoration, not just a repaint. Let me explain. Bathrooms tend to hold more moisture than anywhere else in your house (especially with inadequate ventilation), so chipping and cracking is more prone. I explained to the owner it isn’t just as simple as just painting over the pre existing paint. Therefore taping, spackling, priming and then repainting was the play. House pre 1978 are always a concern for lead and asbestos, so make sure to check with the owner before doing any renovation and repair work because that can be a hazard to you and everyone outside and inside the living space. This one was fun until the next one! taken in Lyndhurst, New Jersey by @cleanwithynm

eeverybody! Here’s what we have today…

A customer came in with a 💩 problem.

Dogs always aren’t mans best friend, lol.

When dealing with urine properly treating and extracting is key to eliminating all smells. We went in heavy with P&S enzyme and spot cleaner, then followed up with a ultra concentrated cleaner.

Here’s the results, drop a comment on what you think. by @cleanwithynm
