For the past few months, I've been creating 👩🏾‍💻
I never stopped believing in my purpose. I was creating something I wasn't ready to share until now.

During that time, I wrote 'Pain Isn't Love'.
Every lyric was written by me from a real place, inspired by experiences that changed me. The story and the words are mine.

This became more than just a song.
It's one chapter of my healing journey.

If you've ever smiled while silently falling apart...
This one's for you. 🤍

This is just the beginning. As I continue to grow, heal and evolve, I'll be sharing more of that journey with you through my creativity.

I’m learning that being triggered doesn’t always mean I’m going backwards. Sometimes it reveals the parts of me that still need understanding, patience and healing.

Instead of judging myself for it, I’m learning to pay attention to what it’s trying to show me. 🤍

Healing has a funny way of showing you the things you thought you’d already dealt with.

I recently decided to find a new counsellor as another step towards working on myself. I didn’t expect one session to trigger something from my teens that I genuinely thought I’d moved past.🥹

One trigger sent me into a spiral and brought things to the surface that I didn’t realise were still affecting me.
So right now, I’m choosing to understand myself rather than judge myself 🤍

Still healing. Still learning. Still becoming. ✨

✨ CHAPTER 40 🥂🖤 ✨

And just like that… I’ve reached the BIG 4-0! 🎂🥂

My 30s were a JOURNEY. I grew, I healed, I lost, I loved, I learnt and I found myself again. There were chapters I never expected and lessons I definitely didn’t ask for 😂, but every part of it shaped the woman I am today.

I’m proud of what I’ve achieved, but even more proud of who I’ve become. Walking into my 40s with more self-love, stronger boundaries, clearer intentions 😉 and a whole new appreciation for life. ✨

To my family and friends who have been beside me through my 30s and some of you my whole life.. thank you. ❤️ Thank you for loving, supporting and celebrating me through every version of Krystle.

And thank you to everyone who helped make my 40th so special. I had the most AMAZING birthday! 🖤✨

Healing isn’t about becoming the person I was before the pain. It’s about healing from past traumas, putting my pieces back together, and discovering who I’m meant to become. 🤍

I’m still healing. Still becoming. It’s not easy. I fall down more times than people see, but I keep getting back up. 🙏🏽
