POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The long awaited first EP of @cleft___ is finally here! 🥰

“Why Did It Take So Long?” speaks for itself: after more than 10 years behind the decks, Texture’s resident decided to produce his own music. This release perfectly transcribes his influences as well as the energy released during his measured sets: a journey through minimalist soundscapes and introspective harmonies.

With this first EP, CLEFT allows us to dip into his world, a dancefloor illuminated by warm lights and heavy rhythms. Over these years of production, he has truly refined his sound and technique, presenting a debut EP that feels already mature.

HABITUS Invites 082: @cleft___

Based in Paris, CLEFT develops a hypnotic and introspective approach to techno, shaped by over 10 years behind the decks. His sound moves through minimalist landscapes, warm harmonies and deep, rolling grooves, always guided by patience and control.
His productions mirror the essence of his sets: slow-building, immersive and emotionally driven. Rather than chasing intensity, he focuses on creating depth - crafting tracks that unfold over time and invite the listener into a subtle, almost meditative state.
With his debut EP “Why Did It Take So Long?”, CLEFT opens the door to his sonic world - a space defined by maturity, precision and a deep connection to the dancefloor. by @cleft___
