Tinier Desk Concert at Jackalope Creative on October 10 for an office-turned-venue show featuring Fellow American, Dad’s Home, and Liam Marlowe!

🎶 Lineup
@followamerican (headliner & album release show)
@dads_home_tx
@liammarlowemusic

🗓️ Saturday, October 10, 7pm (Doors at 6:30)
Hosted by Jackalope Creative
2619 34th St, Suite 1

💿 Afterparty: Full Album Playback - After Fellow American wraps their set, we’ll play Modern Strangers start-to-finish for anyone who wants to hang back and listen together.

🎟️ Tickets: thejackalopecreative.com/tinier-desk-concerts (link in bio) Capacity is limited, so snag tickets early!

✏️ What is a Tinier Desk Concert? - Tinier Desk Concerts happen inside Jackalope Creative’s office, rearranged into a tiny venue for one night. Consider it a loving homage to that other beloved desk-concert tradition: close quarters and performances built for a room that’s actually listening. Artists bring special versions of their songs stripped back to their core and arrangements you won’t hear at a typical show.

🍻 Drinks + Local Shopping - Frankie’s Provisions will be offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and the Lubbock Artisan Collective storefront will be open during the event so you can shop work from local makers and artists while you sip and settle in.

“So disconnect for today… It’s okay to disconnect for today and put your worries away” 👨🏻🤩😎😜🫥

HAY GUYZZZ!!!! Jeff here, and I have two, count em, TWO quick updates on the resurgence of yours truly, which include the following:

1) I BOOKED A SHOW! This will be my first live performance in over two years and I’m beyond excited for how special this one will be for a myriad of reasons. Only hint, it’s in early-mid October! More details to come in the next couple weeks on when/where/why/how etc 🎃👻

2) I will be releasing a new song in late October! I have two that are cooking and I’m torn on which to release first… Look for an official announcement for release date sometime in September 👨🏻👨🏻👨🏻

Damn, it feels great to be back 😊😎

Until next time! - Dad out

Happy 3 years to My Sitcom Life 🍻

Can’t believe this was released December 2022… Man, a lot can change jn 3 years! Haha but this song always reminds me that we are 100% in a simulation and I’m living in prime time Truman show..

Okay, maybe it only feels that way but regardless, it’s always nice to remember that sometimes, laughing at the absurdity of it all is the best and finding what you do in the chaos is always in your control. To control the chaos… can’t do it. BUT… understanding I can’t control the chaos, that’s the move…

My takeaway… control how you thrive in the chaos
🤠🤡👽 Anyways, thanks for coming to my ted talk and see you in May with some hot off the press, new dads singles
