New training block with the Morning Crew. Mondays are dedicated to dynamic effort loading. Gives us a chance to shake the weekend out with lighter bar weights before loading up heavier later in the week.
Banded KB Swing to overload the amortization phase.
Similar with the Coach toss MB Slam.
Band Speed Squat and Speed Bench to increase RFD.

Cleans to develop force, timing, and coordination.
Seated box jumps to remove the dip and produce force from a dead stop.

Same patterns. Different demands.

Every rep is about how fast force can be produced and transferred.
