Become the Standard Goal: Top 25 age group Outcome: 23rd place age group, 99th overall Faulty pancreas, 350 carbs, no insulin, stayed in range. Only Moroccan to cross the finish line. Three months of content tested back to back to back less than 48 hours after the race. Hopefully numerous people inspired (the real goal). Managing training, med school, type 1 diabetes, relationships, and anything else life throws epitomizes the @ironmantri mission: Anything is Possible Thank you to the people who understood, and thank you to those who made it happen. - My parents for flying out to support - @diabetestrainingcamp for teaching me more than any doctor could and showing me what community feels like - @rahdadam for getting me in the pool during Ramadan. Look where that led😅 - @jdl_law @southernbunniescoffee for sponsoring some gear and my fellow athletes on the team for supporting like dawgs - @downtownrungroup for the runs that made me durable - Scott LeBlanc for the bike that I now have to return :( - My friends for not making me feel TOO bad for missing quality time to train Can’t even call it my first triathlon since the swim got canceled, so we’ll be back😉 And @sls3triathlon , I told ya #im703waco #t1dathlete @dexcom @ironmanamericas @beyondtype1 taken in Waco, Texas by @clem_rodriguez3

Looking back at September, one thing really hit me. The ones who show up, check in, make me laugh, push me forward, and remind me that none of us are meant to do life alone. With September being Suicide Prevention Month, that means even more. Check on your people. Love them a little harder. Remind them they matter. This video isn’t everyone😭😭 just a few of the amazing people I’m grateful to do life with. And October… we’re just getting started. More community. More love. More life together. Surround yourself with good people. Be that person for someone else. YOU MATTER. 🫶🏽 #youmatter #people #love #community #lifeisbeautiful by @clem_rodriguez3

@sanantoniozoo relay You get asked last minute to run the 4th leg and suddenly you’re an elite athlete 😂 Legs were heavy. Excuses were available. But we said “line them up” The squad: 1️⃣ @texasovertrails 2️⃣ @avp_hollywood 3️⃣ Micha 4️⃣ @clem_rodriguez3 1st in the All Male Category! Team average pace: 6 something Don’t ask for the exact number… just know we were MOVING 😂 Good people + good vibes + questionable decisions = race day. #sanantonio #relayrace #running #community #zoom Don’t own rights to the song. by @clem_rodriguez3
