La dernière fois, j’ai échoué.
Je voulais atteindre les 50 km mais je suis resté bloqué à 30 km.
Malheureusement, je déteste rester sur un échec.

Alors cette fois, après une préparation et qu’une seule idée en tête : aller au bout, pas forcément vite, pas forcément beau, mais finir. Je suis revenu et je l’ai fait !

Il y a eu des moments où les jambes criaient stop, où la tête commençait à douter…
Mais cette fois, j’ai décidé de ne pas lâcher.

Comme quoi, parfois l’échec sert juste à préparer le retour. 🫡

Ps: Merci @lapistache26 pour les chaussettes, elles sont très efficaces 😉
Et merci à tous ceux qui m’ont motivé de près ou de loin🙏🏼

Et puis un matin, sans raison particulière, tu décides de courir 21km.
Pas de préparation, pas de plan, juste l’envie de voir jusqu’où tu peux aller.

Les premiers kilomètres passent facilement avec la musique… presque légers.
Puis vient la vraie bataille : la douleur, la soif, la chaleur, l’envie de marcher.
C’est là que tout se joue : ce n’est plus une question de jambes, ni d’entraînement… mais de mental, toi contre toi.

Deux choix : écouter tes douleurs… ou les faire taire.
Abandonner comme tant d’autres… ou te dépasser.

Ce matin, j’ai choisi la deuxième option.
Premier semi-marathon de ma vie.
Objectif fixé : 21km en moins de 2h, sans marcher.
Objectif atteint ✅

This year was so incredible, I wouldn’t even be where to start, I’m so grateful for this crazy experience, I had made the decision to come and make a work holiday visa in Australia, I could have done like most backpackers in Australia make road trips follow the summer and the heat. But I decided otherwise and it was the best decision of my life, to achieve my goals 🎯

By signing up for absolute, I met coaches and fighters and a staff so incredible, well-caring, so friendly, they helped me so much and learned, I am proud to have lived this experience within this club which for me and the best in Australia, coaches who have become more than coaches of the people I appreciate very much. Absolute and its staff will remain forever in my heart ❤️

Thank you for this wonderful year, and look forward to seeing you again 1 day 🙏🏼

There will be a part 2 because I couldn’t identify everyone 😬

And unfortunately I couldn’t take pictures with all the people who helped me but they will recognize each other

For me, PT’s are the best investment you can make to help you evolve, and they also enable your coach to focus on your shortcomings and correct them, and @samuel_marlez is a great help in honing my skills 🥊
