Sadly fitness influencer and cancer research advocate “Stephanie Buttermore” has died at 36.

It is unclear as to why she does so young but one thing is certain, doesn’t matter if you’re a health nut and fitness geek or a fatty couch potato..

it if is your time then it is your time.

Best advice I can give is to be grateful always. Every morning you wake up and a breath of air, be grateful to God for gifting you another day. by @clembhorn

On the rowing machine my PB is 3m50s but today I could not break that..
.
I don’t even know if this is a good time or not but I do know that I have work
To do.
.
If you workout using the rowing machine, what is your PB?
.
I want to see if I can match it. Let me know in the comments 👇🏻 by @clembhorn

Only women, children and dogs are loved unconditionally. Men are loved on the condition that they provide something - Chris Rock.

Ever did a job, took a step back and said to yourself “I am proud of that”
.
I get that with every single job I do and this floor was one of those moments..
.
I did this floor for a friend who went on holiday and the look of happiness and satisfaction on her face when she saw the new floor after coming back from holiday,

When I was a kids I took rides in the wheelbarrow more times than I can count. I am so happy that I can share those memories with my children..

..I love how they laugh 😆

No matter how hard I try to keep these kid clean they always find a way to get dirty, muddy, wet and cold.. But I don’t care, nothing a washing machine can’t get rid of. At least they are enjoying themselves.

Today the kids found a frozen over swamp in the skatepark and they pulled out these chunks of ice to show how !!AWESOME!! It looks when they smash it on the ground..

..I don’t blame them, it is rather satisfying to watch..

Zion has wet shoes, socks and gloves, Esaih has mud covered jackets, trousers and wet socks, Selah had wet socks.. Jordan was the only one who kept himself dry.. (cuz he’s always hated getting wet)

Nevertheless, it was wet, cold and a lot of fun..
And then, we went swimming after this 🤣
