This is me vibing out like I do when I’m listening to any of my songs with a feature on it. I always love collaborating and making something great together with other artists. Sometimes I’m in the same room while we build a piece in real time, sometimes it is in a live session online in real time and other times across oceans and WiFi where verses and parts get sent back and forth. @theofficialraekwon and I wrote this one together over a @djcaution beat back and forth over the phone and later he came through to my home studio where we were able to record it together in real time. Khoul bodied the verse on “TRIP” and when you add @djcautionbeats to anything I’m doing it is a force to be reckoned with. Looking forward to “The Next Step” EP coming out 😎 by @clemdelacreme

I recently ran a 5K, I haven’t been running consistently in years and wanted to see how it felt and it was such a rewarding experience. Felt great to be running through the city of Beaumont with everyone cheering each other on and people sitting outside their homes with signs and handing out bottled water. About half way in I slowed to a walk as I drank a bottle of water that was handed to me and a woman came up running and was like “don’t stop now I’ve been watching and you’ve been doing amazing!” I let her know I was just hydrating and enjoying the moment but regardless her words and knowing that I was seen by somebody else got me running again and had me running faster than I would have had I not heard her words. Good message to keep on going in whatever you’re doing in your life because you never know who may be watching and being inspired and also a good message to give people their flowers and let them know you see them because it might be just the message they need to keep them going in any given moment. One of the most inspiring and motivating things I saw was a man on his 94th birthday running the 5K with his family and man was he moving! I took a quick video but I also made sure to run up to him and his family and let him know that he is an inspiration to us all. May we all make some positive choices for our health today so we can be moving well into our 90’s like this gentleman.I wanted to use “Hip-Hop” by Dead Prez for the background of these slides but then you wouldn’t hear me talking about the 94 year old in the clip as it would mute the video. But know that I started my 5K with that song in my headphones… those 808’s always get me going 💪🏽💪🏽 by @clemdelacreme
