I have so many new faces here so I wanted to re-introduce myself!! ✨ HIII I’m Nicole from Clement Captures; professional memory maker, adventure enthusiast, and happiest outside at sunset.

When I’m not behind my camera, you can usually find me:
• Traveling the world (or planning my next trip)
• Adventuring somewhere, preferably with no service
• Spending time at home with my fiance and our dog Lily
• At a family or girls dinner (my bestie is the BEST cook)
• Taking photos until my phone storage is full (no joke) of everything & anything

I’ve been drawn to photography since I was little, always planning elaborate photoshoots with my friends, or taking photos of our pets and nature, which has blossomed into my love for capturing people and moments.

Your wedding day or session isn’t just about getting beautiful photos (although, yes, that’s one of the main points), it’s also about the ✨experience✨!! Making new memories with your partner, letting loose & having fun, frolicking, jumping, laughing like little kids, and just being documented as you are.

I loooove to have sessions in new places and capitalize on travel plans I already have in place. So when I tagged along with my fiancé on a weekend trip to the Cape, when I would have some time alone, I wanted to use it to my advantage!

I’m so glad Chloe reached out in response to my model call! She hadn’t had couples photos taken of her and her partner before, so what better time than now! We truly just ran off fun vibes. They frolicked, played on the water, chased birds, and were just so perfectly wrapped into each other. And what a gorgeous night we had for it!!

The rain didn’t damper Sarah & Steve’s day in the slightest!! It was still so full of love, tenderness, and the kindest words from their friends during their speeches 🥲 I just love love love how they approached their day, fully focusing on each other & celebrating their love as opposed to matters out of their control

Nor’easter who??? The weather didn’t rain on M + D’s day at all. The positive energy and love just radiating off of these two, and truly from everyone in attendance, was so infectious. They both have me smiling from ear to ear the entire day. From their stress free getting ready despite some schedule changes, to the sweetest vows that showed just how much you really know and understand each other, to one of my favorite first dances to date, and then opening the dance floor to the HORA!! Absolutellllly no notes 🤌🏻

I love the getting ready portion of a wedding day. You’re in a room with the people you love the most who are all there to help you prepare for the day ahead. There are moments of silent intentions, of hugs and laughter, outfit reveals and quiet tears. All leading up to the big send off to either your first look or right down the aisle. These are the moments that build up your day, that truly set the intention for how it will go.

My biggest advice to clients during their getting ready moments is this: be intentional with who you choose to surround yourself with in these moments - you want those who will keep you calm, organized, and supported, give yourself a clean space - not only will this help for photos, but you’ll feel less chaotic if everything is organized, and lastly, allow space to breathe and take everything in because it’s goes by in a beautiful whirlwind 🤍

As we get older, we yearn for the nostalgia of childlike freedom. Having so few worries, dreaming so big your head could explode, and your fun activity to do with friends is simply running through a sprinkler. Laughing at the top of your lungs when that freezing water first hits your skin then being addicted to running through it, jumping over it, time and time again, until you’re dizzy and exhausted. That is the feeling I wanted to emulate with this session. Little direction and posing, just, run through the sprinkler or spray each other with the hose and the rest will unfold.

One photographer, one day; three sessions ✨

During the busy summer months where my availability is fairly thin, I do what I can to make sessions fit into my schedule whenever reasonably possible. This day, I had an engagement session planned on the south shore that I then had to stack on top of for one of my 2027 couples. I was then contacted to capture a friend of a friend’s engagement and by some miracle, his plan fit perfectly into my day with location & timing! So two sessions quickly became three in the span of a half day.

This was such a fun day to see how special and unique each couple, setting, time of day, and session is to each other, even when they’re all relatively close in location and have a similar premise 🤍
