🇬🇧NOROHY GALLERY x @clement_goyffon ClĂ©ment Goyffon’s 100% vanilla praline tart begins with a vanilla shortcrust pastry, where butter and PARIANI almond powder are elevated by NOROHY’s organic Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, offering a smooth texture and rich taste. The brown sugar biscuit, infused with VANIFUSION NOROHY vanilla bean paste, provides a unique aromatic depth. It’s paired with a vanilla praline, where whole almonds and hazelnuts are caramelized with a touch of fleur de sel, creating perfect harmony. The vanilla confit and vanilla whipped cream bring a velvety sweetness and aromatic complexity. The Absolu Cristal VALRHONA glaze adds an elegant finish, completing this refined creation. Discover the full recipe in the Norohy Gallery booklet, link in bio!
