Our 2025 Dream Recipient Jayden, aka PJ (short for Pride and Joy), a nickname given to him by his grandfather. Jayden is a courageous 14-year-old from Powdersville, SC. Jayden is currently battling a rare disease called lymphatic malformation that took away his ability to walk, but he doesn’t let that stop him from achieving his dreams. Jayden has undergone numerous medical tests, surgeries, and long seasons of medical and emotional hardships, even relying on a transport chair to move around. His dream is to meet the Clemson Football running backs and feel like part of the team again. He also dreams of joining the marching band, seeing himself on the jumbotron, and sharing a special moment with Coach Dabo and The Tiger!

The first weekend of school, Clemson’s collegiate chapter of Dream On 3 hosted our 2025 Dreamer Reveal! Our Dream Recipient, Jayden, is a courageous 14-year-old from Powdersville, SC, battling a rare disease called lymphatic malformation that took away his ability to walk.
