Happy Hallelujah Birthday in the Heavens Nana❣💐💜 My heart delights to see how as a grandma now myself, my hands remarkably resemble yours...I can only hope for mine to make as beautiful and impression on my grandchildren's hearts and memories as yours have on mine. 🥰 Missing and remembering you lovingly today and always👑 by @cleojonez
