We just hit our 25th anniversary. So, to mark the occasion, we wanted to launch a coffee that truly stood apart, one that reflects the level of quality and dedication we’ve championed since day one. On Sunday, our team made their way over to Longleat Estate to support and raise money for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. An incredible charity fighting for a world free of motor neuron disease.

The Lionheart Sportive cycling event started and finished within the grounds of Longleat. This iconic cycling event gives participants the option to either cycle 100 km or 100 miles!

Our Clifton van was there to fuel the cyclists and all our proceeds from the event will be donated to the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. taken in Longleat by @cliftoncoffee

New Release | Honduras - Finca La Valentina 🇭🇳

Marmalade, Panela Sugar & Assam Tea

Overseen by Carlos Ernesto Mejía, known as “Chollo,” Finca La Valentina (named after his daughter) sits at 1600 masl in Honduras’ Montecillos Sierra. Built on five generations of family coffee growing heritage, Carlos is part of CONEXH, connecting producers and roasters through a shared commitment to quality and transparency.

After pulping, the coffee ferments with its mucilage for two to three days before sun-drying for 12 to 15 days.

We have been lucky enough to visit this farm and producer on multiple occasions and thrilled to feature one of Carlos’s coffees again 🍊🫖 taken in Clifton Coffee Roasters by @cliftoncoffee

Bath Spotlight - @cascarabath 🌿☕️

Right in the heart of Bath, Cascara is an independent café and coffee shop with a vibrant, ethical approach. They’re the sister cafe to Green Rocket, so you know you’re in for some great food.

New Release | Nicaragua - El Diablo 🇳🇮

Orange Peel, Dandelion and Burdock & Maple Syrup

Grown at 1300 masl beneath a lush cloud forest in Jinotega, this natural processed coffee is made from ripe Catuaí, Caturra and Catimor cherries, hand picked and fermented in tiled tanks for 36 to 48 hours, then sun dried on shaded raised beds for 30 to 45 days.

The result is a sweet, fruit forward cup with a round, layered texture and a distinctive herbal depth 🍊🪴 taken in Clifton Coffee Roasters by @cliftoncoffee

New Release | Sundown - Half Caff 🇳🇮

Pear, Spiced Chocolate & Raisin

Meet Sundown. A blend of one decaf and one full-caffeine lot from Nicaragua, giving you all the flavour with half the caffeine. Perfect for slow mornings, afternoon pick me ups or evening espresso martinis.

The decaf comes from family-run farms in San Ramón and is naturally decaffeinated using the sugar-cane EA process, while the caffeinated half comes from third-generation producers Cafetos de Segovia in Nueva Segovia.
