MEGATRON V17 is one of the hardest boulder problems in the world. It was first climbed by Shawn Raboutou in 2022 and was repeated by Hamish McArthur in 2025 after only five sessions, making him the second person to complete the climb. The problem is famous for its powerful compression moves and is considered a benchmark at the V17 grade.

MEGATRON is also the main antagonist of the Transformers franchise. As the leader of the Decepticons, he is the Autobots’ greatest enemy and is constantly battling Optimus Prime.

FLOWER OF SULPHUR V16 is a highball boulder problem in Squamish, British Columbia. It was first climbed by Hamish McArthur in May 2026 after he moved to Squamish, and it quickly became one of the area’s hardest and most talked about new boulder problems.

FLOWERS OF SULPHUR are naturally occurring bright yellow sulfur crystals. They form around volcanic vents and hot springs when sulfur rich gases cool and crystallize.

NO ONE MOURNS THE WICKED V16 is a low start to the famous boulder problem DEFYING GRAVITY V15. It was first climbed by Nathaniel Coleman in 2024, and Hamish McArthur made the second ascent in 2025, sending both DEFYING GRAVITY and the full V16 extension in a single session.

“NO ONE MOURNS THE WICKED” is the opening song from the musical WICKED, introducing the story and the citizens of OZ. It is named this way because it connects to the song “DEFYING GRAVITY”, since both are part of the same musical and the low start boulder links into the original stand start.

“DEFYING GRAVITY” is also one of the best known songs from WICKED. It is performed by Elphaba near the end of the first act and has become one of the most iconic songs in modern musical theatre.

i made my first video on this page without the intention of ever posting it. i was out in edmonton for a comp, bored in my hotel with nothing to do. after watching the finished product, i thought why not post it?

i love creating media and sharing amazing feats from the best climbers around the world. it’s honestly crazy that millions have seen my work, and that so many of you love to watch, like, comment, share, and support what i make.

since childhood, i’ve watched so many world cups, and it’s unreal seeing so many of my heroes watching and liking my work. olympic champions, world cup winners, v17 climbers, and more being in my comments and messages is crazy to me. i hope one day i can qualify for a world cup and meet you all for real.

i don’t do this for the numbers. i genuinely enjoy curating and editing videos, but it means a lot seeing so many people enjoy the content as much as i love creating it. thank you to everyone who has given feedback and opinion during my editing process as well.
