That’s a wrap for the natty/world championship on lake Cumberland in Kentucky. We had a great week finishing 21st in the nation and 19th in the world and only missed the championship Saturday cut by 2 pounds. Huge thank you to @michael_watkins98 for being my partner for two years go get em in college. I also want to thank my dad who was our boat captain for the week and also all of my sponsors that help make traveling possible for us.

Finished up the weekend on Toledo bend at the LHSAA State championship in 9th place. Not exactly the finish we were hoping but we made a great come back after having a tough first day catching three fish for a little over 4 pounds. The second day we made some adjustments and it worked out we caught our five with a little over 10 pounds. Huge thanks to all of my sponsors that help make all this happen.

The SAF (student angler federation) state championship on lake Darbonne went great finished up in 3rd place with 18.08 pounds with a 7.4 kicker. This tournament qualified me and Micheal to fish in Kentucky on lake Cumberland at the end of July. Now it’s time to go catch a bag on Toledo bend this weekend for the LHSAA state championship. Finally got to get on Rayburn and it did not disappoint. Me and Micheal caught over 40 fish with our biggest five going a little over 16 pounds with a 7 and a half pound kicker. Caught most of our fish on the yammamoto Hinge minow and caught the big one on a 10 inch yammamoto curly tail worm.
