Online, we mostly see CrossFit as a sport.

But inside a CrossFit gym, we use the CrossFit methodology.

And those two things are not the same.

The methodology is what I believe can help almost anyone become stronger, fitter and healthier.

High standards.
Scaled to the person.
The right stimulus.
The right level.

That’s the CrossFit I coach.

And that’s the CrossFit I want people to experience in my gym.
