This is how you light a cinematic spec ad with no lights.
My best tip for lighting a scene to achieve that cinematic look, would be to use diffusion and bounce to redirect and shape your source of light.
Practice using different material theory research on the different types of rags and different types of bounce materials. This will all affect the mood and overall look of a shot.

The Setup vs The Shot

Here is one of my first music videos that I shot on my Lumix GH6. With the use of depth in the frame and color contrast, it forces the viewer to pay attention to the center of the frame (The Talent).
