Walking in God’s truth will not always make you accepted by the world.

John 15:18-19
“If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.”

When you choose obedience over convenience, you choose God over the temporary pleasures, comfort, and approval this world offers.

You may find yourself misunderstood, rejected, or set apart, not because you are better/worse than others, but because the light you carry creates a contrast with the darkness around you.

John 3:19-20
“And this is the condemnation, that light has come into the world, and people loved darkness rather than light because their works were evil.”

I didn’t choose to be baptized because I suddenly had everything figured out. I wasn’t entering the water as someone who had become perfect, or someone who no longer struggled.

I entered it because I had finally understood that I wanted God to be at the center of my life.

For a long time, I carried my faith in my heart, but I wasn’t always living as though I truly belonged to Him. I believed in God, I prayed, I searched for Him — but there was still a part of me trying to hold on to control.

Eventually, I reached a point where I realized that believing in God was not enough for me anymore.

I wanted to surrender.

I wanted my life to belong to Him, not just my words.

That is why I chose the baptism.

I started understanding that following God isn’t about becoming someone who never falls.

It’s about knowing where to turn when you do.

It’s about learning to surrender instead of controlling everything.

It’s about choosing faith when you don’t have all the answers.

Since my baptism, I have felt a deeper desire to live my faith through action.

To care for the vulnerable, to show kindness, to serve, and to use whatever God has placed in my hands for something greater than myself.

I don’t claim that I have arrived.

I am still learning. Still growing. Still being corrected. Still discovering what God wants to do through my life.

But there is one thing I know now:

I was never alone in the business, which allowed me to get back up easily. After three years, I lost everything and hit rock bottom—complete darkness. But it was a sign: I was losing myself, and God wanted to realign me with His will.

What nurtured my passion for e-commerce was not just the results, but the process itself: discovering my potential, helping others, and growing in creativity, skills, and mindset. I realized that these abilities could also be applied in other areas of my life

I prioritized my health by running consistently, maintaining my skincare routine, and preparing nourishing meals. I started eating healthier and developed a love for cooking, exploring new recipes and making it a creative practice I truly enjoyed.

I devoted time to reading the Bible daily, drawing closer to God and placing Him at the center of every choice I made. I refined my personal style, dressing in a way that felt elegant and feminine. I also invested in my mindset, reading Books for personal growth and my passions, i attended a film club in Los Angeles, enjoy writing movie scripts, and have nurtured my creative side also through painting and drawing. I studied at an art high school, and ever since, I've continued exploring new forms of artistic expression and finding meaningful ways to bring my ideas to life.

Honoring God became the foundation of my actions, and volunteering was one way I could live that out. Caring for animals and helping those in need allowed me to reflect His love.

This love for helping others naturally flowed into my work. My creativity, focus, and alignment with my values allowed me to help other businesses find their identity and develop effective marketing strategies to grow their business.

I learned that the goal wasn’t wealth, but building something in alignment with God’s will, while honoring my femininity, reconnecting with the softness, creativity, and balance I had lost during the chaos of business. by @clnioana
