Happy Fish Friday! 🐟Homage to the superb “Fish and Chips” by @chefclaresmyth of @corenucopiabyclaresmythA gorgeously fresh and tender dover sole with a central core of delicious lobster mousse, encased in the crispiest batter with the most unbelievable glass-like crunch. Served with a generous portion of wonderfully verdant Minted Mushy Peas and scrumptious Beef Fat Triple Cooked Chip perfection. Happy days!The fun bit is that there’s an entire selection of vinegars to choose from – from malt to champagne – to experiment to your heart’s delight. Not to mention a whole menu dedicated entirely to potatoes – the joy! Happy Friday! 🌞Homage to the wonderful @hide_restaurant pea and @wyevalleyproduce asparagus, fresh peas, yuzu and ricotta tartlet by @joshanguschef – a lovely way celebrate summer, as well as honour Great British Pea Week 🫛 A vibrant miniature garden with a bouquet of delicious verdant flavours. Super fresh peas, asparagus, pine nuts, garlic flowers and geranium petals, crowned on a light silky pea purée and yuzu, with a layer of divine praline underneath. The pea plant is one of the my favourites to forage, as it’s one the few plants where pretty much every single part is edible - the tiny emerald peas, the pods, the flowers, the shoots and the leaves 🌱Bon appétit! Greetings from Soho, my favourite bit of London ❤️With temperatures (hopefully) rising this week, it’s the perfect time to raise a glass for summer 🌞Homage to the freshest, smoothest and tastiest @guinness in town by @mcmoop of @devonshiresoho , which recently deservedly won Gastropub of the Year for the third year in a row at the @nationalrestaurantawardsA perfect pint of unrivalled deliciousness, what I love about Oisín’s Guinness at The Devonshire is its wonderful harmony of flavours, its perfect temperature and the richest of cream tops, thanks to the proprietary system that he designed and installed before designing the pub itself. Happy Friday! 🌞A wonderful and insanely delicious way to celebrate summer and kick off World Cup season with dear @londongat ⚽️Homage to The Audley Black Bear Burger, a limited edition special collab by Chef @jamieshears11 of @audleypublichouse and @stuuuudown of @black_bear_burger which recently won 2nd best burger in the world at @worldbestburgerplaces An epic masterpiece, I’ve never tried a burger quite like this one in terms of flavour, texture and deliciousness. At its heart is a delicious double patty of deeply flavourful dry aged British beef from @aubreyallenleamington , generously layered with melted cheese and gorgeous 12 hour marinated brisket braised in beer and beef jus, layered with moreish garlic mayo, luscious pink pickled onions, and sandwiched with delicious buns by @paulrhodesbakery The best bit for me is biting into the burger and discovering little pops of unctuous beef fat and tasting the incredible beef fat jus that’s full of depth and flavour, bringing it all together into one harmonious symphony.Truly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had.Time to dig in! 🍔Hand painted deliciousness from London, link in bio 🇬🇧#foodillustrator #Burger #TheAudleyPublicHouse #JamieShears #BlackBearBurger by @clodeliciousness

Some of my favourite things about summer: glorious sunshine, seaside flavours and good times with good friends 🌞There is one dish that encapsulates all three beautifully – the delicious Scallop and Sea Lettuce Tarlettes from @_planque_ by Chef @sebastianfmyers enjoyed with dear @londongat Generously sized and tender scallops with the subtlest salinity and sweetness mounted on ingenious speckled emerald tartlettes made from one of my favourite foraged finds, sea lettuce, and topped with succulent salty fingers. Homage to one of my favourite comfort dishes - a wonderful bowl of deep deliciousness, the Wagyu Beef Steak Chi Shang Rice from @baolondon by @erchanchang @shingtatchung and Wai Ting.Gorgeous rosy petals of juicy marbled Wagyu layered on top of silky, buttery rice, and topped with an oozy cured Westholme Farm egg yolk that is just begging to be popped to unleash its golden elixir. Each bite is full of life-affirming flavour, rich yet also deeply nourishing for both stomach and soul. The level of care taken at every step is flawless flame grilled mastery, enjoyed with dear @londongat 🔥The crust is perfectly seared and deeply delicious.
