things i love right now & reasons to keep going - a list from my younger self that i want to share with you this National Suicide Prevention month.

this list was created at the start of high school, and it started off as a way to hold onto good things i didn’t want to forget. the following year, i stumbled across it again, forgetting it even existed. this was a time where i felt like i could no longer find the little joys in my life. i asked myself questions that felt scary to even consider. re-discovering this list again helped me re-discover myself & reminded me of the happiness that can be found in the most minuscule of things. how every reason, no matter how small, is a reason to keep fighting for something better. to keep fighting for you, because you deserve happiness & every good thing that is coming your way <3

always always talk to someone. it’s better to speak than to suffer in silence. your presence is wanted, you are so very worthy and enough. take care of yourself, and if that’s difficult to do, ask for support from someone else. they would be so happy that you reached out. i love you & so do many other beings on this earth. you are so very deserving of love :) by @cloeyseeman
