Happy Closing Day to the Shaw Family! 🔑

Congratulations to them on purchasing their second home in Florida and starting their roots in the Sunshine State 🌴

They found the perfect corner lot with resort-style amenities while taking advantage of a below-market interest rate and covered closing costs.

Always grateful for the trust throughout such a big milestone. Wishing the Shaw family many beautiful memories and a new chapter filled with happiness in their Florida home! 🏡 by @closedbylizy

Happy Closing to Nadine!! 🎉

She acted quickly and locked in our 3.99% fixed interest rate right before it was gone. With all of her closing costs paid, she only had to bring her 3.5% down payment to closing!

She was determined to make 2026 the year she became a homeowner, and with the right preparation and guidance, we made it happen.

Congratulations, Nadine, on this exciting new chapter! Thank you for trusting me throughout the process. Wishing you and your family endless memories and blessings in your beautiful new home. 🥂✨ by @closedbylizy

Feliz cierre a Dennise🏡

✨🔑 by @closedbylizy
