Nobody could have ever told me that losing my sweet baby Tonka would feel this way. Watching my kids cry is heartbreaking, and walking into our house just doesn’t feel right anymore.

Tonka Wonky was absolutely perfect for us. He was the perfect piece to our family’s puzzle. He was the sweetest boy, everybody loved him, and we miss him so dearly.

Never in a million years could anyone have told me that losing my dog would hurt this much. I am completely devastated.

Thank you to everyone who has given us hugs, checked on us, and sent your condolences. We truly appreciate all the love. 💔🕊️ Long Live Tonka Wonka 🥹😔

They thought they had to use the builder’s preferred lender…

My clients were told they had to use the builder’s preferred lender to receive the advertised sales price and $20,000 in builder concessions. Naturally, they assumed that was their only option.

Then we compared the numbers.

We quickly realized the builder’s lender was charging significantly more in loan costs and fees, making those concessions far less valuable than they seemed.

Their Realtor negotiated for the $20,000 in builder concessions to still be used with me as their outside lender, and we got them to the closing table with better terms, a better rate, and an overall better experience.

The lesson?

Just because a builder has a preferred lender doesn’t mean it’s your only or best option.

The same way you shop for the right home, you should shop for the right mortgage.

Work with a Realtor who will advocate for your best interests.

Compare the numbers.
Ask the questions.
